She made sure I understood what I needed to get approved and explained when payments would be due. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so kind throughout the entire experience. She helped me from start to finish. I had a few questions and answered them with no problems. The apartments are clean and quiet. I also met Brandon the maintenance manager that also extended himself just by simply saying if you need us we’re here to help. Experience is unmatched!!!!!

I received my keys and when I walked in my apartment it was a board-game popcorn cookies and a welcome mat. I’ve never had that experience moving in an apartment. She’s definitely gives you an experience. Towne properties has a great leasing agent on their hands. Thank u so much Nayisia for a great experience
