  We moved here back in May, and it’s been the best decision we’ve made! Property Manager Ms. Terri has been nothing but helpful. She’s very on top of things at the property and always has a great response time to emails. Everyone in the leasing office is very helpful, friendly, and kind. Brandon, the maintenance man, is also great! He’s very on top of maintenance requests and usually comes out to take care of repairs quickly. I absolutely love it here! It’s typically pretty quiet, pet-friendly, and has a great community atmosphere. We’ve had a really positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it!

  Nayisia was a great help throughout my move-in process! She was very helpful, patient, and made everything go smoothly. Moving can definitely be stressful, so I really appreciated her assistance and how easy she made the process for me. Great customer service and a great experience overall!

  Terri in the leasing office is absolutely amazing! She’s always so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Anytime I have a question or concern, she makes sure I’m taken care of and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her. She’s very professional but also has such a welcoming personality. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. Definitely one of the best parts about living here. Thank you, Terri, for everything you do!

  I’ve lived here for two years and while here the management company has changed. The new manager, Terri White, is extremely helpful and easy to work with. She considers each resident and their needs and truly tries to work with you! I can attest to this because she has been so helpful for my household’s needs. It has been a pleasure forming a relationship with management that cares!! In addition, might I add, that she and her team are diligent in ensuring the environment is safe and welcoming? They have cleaned this place up, removing a lot of “problem tenants” and offer community fellowship opportunities like community gatherings, back-to-school giveaways, parties and barbecues! And maintenance is top notch! Always ready to accommodate and fix any issues you may have. Terri is doing an amazing job leading this new team!
