- KKK KJul 10, 20265.0I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. The layout is spacious and gets plenty of natural light. The NEW leasing agent who just started with the company is incredibly helpful and very attentive when we visit the office to discuss our minor issues. The manager Terri was very welcoming and kind, offering us something to drink and being a great listener. Maintenance requests are always resolved within 24 hours—thank you, Brandon and Rashawn. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transit and local grocery stores. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

El mes pasado me cobraron el doble en 3 cargos, el cable, la basura y otros servicios, lo que sumó aproximadamente $102 de más. Fui a la oficina en cinco ocasiones para preguntar por qué había ocurrido y solicitar una solución. En cada visita me dijeron que lo revisarían, pero nunca recibí una respuesta clara. Finalmente pagué el monto completo porque me aseguraron que este mes me descontarían el dinero que había pagado de más. Sin embargo, cuando llegó el momento de pagar la renta de este mes, no hubo ningún descuento. Terminé pagando nuevamente el monto completo y nadie resolvió el problema.
