  I wouldn’t recommend living here at all due to the snooty attitudes of management and the arrogant people that live on property.

  The typical "Please give us a 5-star review" requests, including from people who have only toured is definitely happening on this Google Business Page and skewing overall rating. I got a similar request like 3 times. My experience with this PLK community was less than great. Being dishonest in order to collect money from potential lease applicants is a poor business practice. I spoke with Whitney on the phone beforehand to make sure this community would accept my credit range and history. For reference some communities when asked her honest and told me no. A few said they weren't sure and that I could apply to see what the automatic screening decided. Whitney K., however, told me, "Oh, that's not a problem. We don't care about that here. It happens," in reference to my credit history. Based on that conversation, I applied. Once my payment was submitted, I was then told that the very things they "didn't care about" were why they would deny my application and keep my $100 administrative fee. If your property has credit requirements or screening thresholds that you can't override, that's completely understandable. But telling someone those issues aren't a problem and then denying them for those same issues after collecting their money felt extremely dishonest. It was also a whiplash experience. One day I was told my income didn't qualify. The next day I was told it did. Then I was told I was all good to move in on a specific move-in date. After that, I was told they still had to run my screening. Why was I being told I was approved to move in before my screening had even been completed? Overall, it was a very dishonest and unprofessional experience. Also, some reviews here mentioning bug issues are similar to what a friend who lived here experienced as well, everything happens for a reason. Finally, I've already spoken with Whitney K. about this, so the standard "Please contact us if you'd like to discuss your concerns" response isn't necessary.

  I just moved into the Jameson from downtown and I am in love with it already. The area is so peaceful and the apartment is unbelievably nice for the price I pay! I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues, but Rian and Greg from the maintenance team came to the rescue! Both were so very kind and respectful. This apartment just truly feels like home ❤️

  Exceptional apartment tour! I could see myself living at the Jameson. Very accessible to I-71. Luxury apartment with plenty of space. Loved it.

  I just toured the Jameson. Emma was my host and she was wonderful. Very professional and very informative. And the Jameson is beautiful. I’m hoping to call this place my next home.
