  Rian has been helping me over the last couple of months. He has great communication and usually checks works orders Sunday to prep for the week! He doesn't track in dirt or mud which has been an issue at prior complexes. He leaves detailed notes after a maintence visit and if you have questions, follows up!

  I’d like to share a review about the Amazing Maintenance Experience at The Jameson. The maintenance experience is Simply The Best from the time I submit a request up to the completion of it. It is a total professional experience, starting with the acknowledgement of my submission, to the prompt phone call then entry. The guys are very respectful of my home and getting the job done right efficiently. I’d like to stress a Big “Thank You” and “ Kudos” to Hunter today. He was able to get the locks on my bedroom windows fixed today! I’ve been waiting for the window installment team to come and repair them for a while, and he came in today to have at it, and Sure Enough this young man’s experience in maintenance got the Job done!!!! I’m not only enjoying the breeze and airing out my bedroom, but I feel safe knowing ALL the locks are now working and the windows are going up and down accordingly! This was a Really Big Deal for me and my kids were pleased to know they were fixed, since I’m on the first floor. And…. I’m sure this saved a bunch of money for Jameson!! Way To Rock Hunter: ). This tenant loves ya!!! And, honestly Ryan has been previously Johnny on the Spot, as well as The support of Emily in the front office!! I guess it’s clear to see and hear, I’m filled with Complete Gratitude ❤️ Thank you Jameson Team for keeping me safe and making me feel welcomed❣️ Thank you Hunter, I’m beyond impressed with your work today: )!!

  I recently toured the Jameson apartment complex and absolutely loved the experience! Emily was an amazing guide that answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable about the property and area. The home like feel of the complex and Emily's welcoming and friendly presence really made this a great experience, and got me excited to call the Jameson my new home!
