Through this, we want to express our deep concern and indignation about the lack of security in our residential complex.
Unfortunately, two vehicle thefts have already been recorded and, recently, a third vehicle was the subject of an attempted robbery. These facts have generated fear and uncertainty among all residents.
We ask ourselves: How long will we have to continue living with this insecurity? What else has to happen for effective measures to be implemented?
As residents, we pay to live in a place where we are given peace of mind and protection. However, the current situation shows that security measures are not being sufficient to prevent this type of crime.
Therefore, we urgently request that the administration report what specific actions will be taken to strengthen the security of the whole. We consider it necessary to evaluate measures such as strengthening surveillance, better access control, permanent monitoring of security cameras and any other action that contributes to protecting residents and their property.
We look forward to a prompt response and, above all, real solutions. We don't want to keep waiting for a more serious event to occur so that action can be taken.
We appreciate your attention and trust that this situation will be addressed with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.

We are happy to share our expectations for living at The Heights. It's simply all we wanted as a living space after a recent sell and found our guide 'Joy' as a true joy to work with!

I decided to write another review today explaining the terrible experience I’ve had here in the past 2 years. With security walking around with loaded rifles and banging on my door trying to fight me, and threatening to shoot my friend, and assuming the maintenance team stole my motorcycle, as I have them on video stealing cash and other objects in my apartment makes me very nervous to continue my stay here. I recommend to everyone to not move in for sanitary, and cleanliness reasons, as well as the security here is the biggest threat of them all.
The manager here, Joy is also a complete joke, if you contact her she won’t get anything done, the teenagers in the office do a better job than she does. This place is lazy and terribly cleaned with the dog pee in the elevators and trash everywhere. Making us pay for garage parking just so your own maintenance team can steal people vehicles and you tell us you have no cameras.
As the grandson of the original building builder, and friend of the company’s owner, I would never recommend wasting your time and money here, as it is not worth it.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I lived here in two different units for 2 years. In those two years both my units had mice and the building did terrible in helping me with it. I would call them all the time because i would see mice in the kitchen then they started appearing in my room and i was so anxious all the time. They would assure me they were on top of it but all they would do is call pest control who would come days later and just leave a sticky trap. I developed a huge fear of stepping on the floor in my own apartment, i wasn’t even able to be comfortable in my room. I gave them another chance and moved into the 2nd floor unit from the 4th floor . When me and my roommate moved in we voiced our concerns with our last unit and they assured us it was being handled and that they have sealed all holes in the apartment so the mice wouldn’t be able to get in. A few months later i started seeing signs of mice in the apartment and once again my room as well. I went through the same thing i did the year prior where they’d just give me the run around and claim they can’t do much because there’s an infestation and leaving things like rat poison could kill peoples animals and that it’d be hard to deal with the issue with everyone still living in the building. So basically they know they have a terrible mouse infestation and are doing the bare minimum in handling it. For reference the pest control people told me the mice are harmless and they’re more scared of us when they came one time to service us but even that aside, its not okay to have a mouse infestation to the point where they’re everywhere, i remember leaving chocolate on my very high desk before and when i came back the wrapper was all chewed up and had teeth marks on the chocolate, mind you this is a table so how the mouse made its way up there is unknown to me but it goes to show they could possible get in your bed while you sleep. Not to mention you can even hear them running and scraping in the walls at night, its very eerie. I even had to throw away some belongings cause there was pee and dropping on them from the mice. This place is nothing but a headache , so many other annoying things about living here but this was the main thing that had me stressed out & wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. If you’re thinking of living here because of the price cause you’re a college student (like i did) i promise you its not worth your money or sanity.
