  Poor communication. I was actually set on this apartment and ready to sign everything but it was so difficult to get in touch with a real representative instead of AI that I am proceeding with another apartment.

  Tried getting in contact with this apartment complex for weeks after my application. Kept asking for inappropriate documents to be sent over email such as photos of my Social Security card and my ID even though they already have it on file on my application. It’s been three weeks. They don’t answer emails and they make communication difficult. Do not apply your waisting your time and money.

  i don’t even know where to begin. i moved in on 6/13/26 and then moved out 6/24/26. yep, you’re reading that right. ELEVEN DAYS. and i didn’t even sleep in my apartment once. during move in, my mom was putting things in the kitchen cabinets where she saw upwards of 30 cockroaches. oh, and my roommate found maggots in our kitchen. early in the day, i put my dishes in the dishwasher and when i was going to unload it, a 3 inch long cockroach ran further back into the dishwasher. i heavily contemplated just leaving my dishes in there forever. i was horrified, but was reassured that that the cockroaches were only temporary since the apartment hadn’t been lived in for awhile. later in the day, i had left the apartment for dinner and when i came back, cockroaches were in my fridge. “okay, so they’re only in the kitchen so our bedrooms and living room are safe.” NOPE. cockroaches crawled on our beds and in our closets. my roommate and i packed up some of our belongings and toiletries and took them back to our parents’ house where we stayed for a few days. a couple days later i brought my stuff back to the apartment as i figured the cockroaches would be gone. oh how i was mistaken. i open the door and see a sticky trap in the hallway. there were cockroaches on there (shocker) but there was also a large bloody and hair patch. YUP A RAT WAS NOW HIDING IN MY APARTMENT. my roommate and i looked around to try and find it. we ended up hearing it in my bathroom and immediately left. i have special medical needs that require me to have a sterile environment. i tried to explain this to the leasing office and all they had to say was to break the lease and pay 2 months rent. i was in severe risk of sepsis and infections but they did not care. i talked with lawyers but the fees to sue would be expensive. i’ve reported this complex to the cincinnati public health department. it needs to be condemned. save yourself while you can.

  If you’re reading this, I genuinely appreciate you taking the time—because I didn’t read reviews before signing my lease here, and I truly wish I had. Doing so could have spared me significant stress and negative experiences. I’m sharing this in hopes that others don’t have to go through the same situation. Unfortunately, the property has ongoing issues with mice, roaches, and other pests. You can hear mice moving within the walls at night. While pest control services are provided monthly, the problem has not been resolved. Although the units may appear well-maintained at first glance, this does not reflect the overall living conditions. There are serious and persistent concerns. Water is frequently shut off for “emergency maintenance,” often without notice. At one point, water was unavailable for 3–4 days, and residents were only provided bottled water—an inadequate solution for basic needs like bathing or sanitation. During these times, I had to stay elsewhere, including booking hotels on multiple occasions. The common areas are poorly maintained. Hallways and parking areas often have unpleasant odors, and cleaning appears infrequent. In the year I lived there, I recall seeing the hallways cleaned only once. Heating issues were also a major concern. My son, who lives in the club building, went an entire week without heat during dangerously cold weather. Despite repeated calls to the office, the only solution provided was a space heater. This led to a significantly higher energy bill, and management declined to assist with the additional cost. There are also concerns regarding cleanliness and safety. Pet waste is frequently left in hallways, and there have been incidents involving vehicle break-ins. Overall, the environment felt unsafe and unsanitary. Living there had a lasting impact on my well-being. Since moving to a clean, well-managed apartment, I’ve noticed how much more secure and at ease I feel. It has taken time to adjust after that experience. I share this feedback sincerely and hope it helps others make a more informed decision.
