I am extremely disappointed with the living conditions in my unit (West 608). For some time now, I have repeatedly reported a serious issue with mice in my apartment, along with holes that need to be properly sealed. Despite multiple complaints, these problems have not been addressed adequately. I continue to see mice in my apartment almost every day, which is both distressing and unacceptable. This situation has taken a serious toll on my mental well-being I feel very scared and anxious in my own home. There are nights I cannot sleep in the apartment at all. I’ve had to book hotel stays or go and sleep at a friend’s place because I am genuinely afraid. Recently, I reported a mouse in my apartment on a Saturday and requested that maintenance come and remove it. I was told there was no maintenance available and that I would have to wait until Monday morning. I am extremely uncomfortable handling this myself and too afraid to remove it, leaving me in a very distressing situation where I don’t even know how to manage it in the meantime. This is not just an inconvenience it is a serious health, safety, and habitability issue. I expect maintenance concerns, especially those involving pests, to be handled promptly and thoroughly. At this point, the lack of timely and effective action makes it feel like tenant concerns are not being taken seriously. I urge management to take immediate action to resolve this issue by properly sealing all entry points, addressing the infestation, and ensuring the apartment is safe and livable.

Terrible apartment, the 708 building is infested with mice and roaches, ants flys you name it as well as plumbing issues in the 707 buildng. The heights gives a flat rate for monthly rent however they always add extra charges. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here until the rodent and bug issues are resolved.

I want to take a moment to recognize Ms. Joy for the amazing job she does as a leasing manager. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I've had a concern or needed help with something, she has taken the time to listen and made sure the issue was handled quickly and correctly. Her responsiveness and dedication really make a difference and help create a comfortable and positive living environment. It's clear she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. I truly appreciate everything she does it makes living here a much better experience.

LOTS of mice everywhere! I would be scared to look inside the walls to see how many are living in there. Over the course of my time living here, which has only been 9 months, I have caught 24 mice myself. I asked maintenance 6 times to fix this issue for me. But, after 6 times of them trying to fix the problem, I came to realize they had no solution for it. Then it became my problem to fix for myself. Mice are frequently running around my bedroom and the kitchen. They ate through plenty of my food until I started storing them in the cupboards only. Meanwhile, my roommate and I still pay full price for rent, which is about $1800 a month. They have many other problems which they cannot solve either - such as a leak in our ceiling, trash everywhere, dirty hallways and lobby, water issues, and so on. I am not usually one to complain, but this apartment is terrible, and I would not recommend for anyone to live here.
