- NNNasiaAug 11, 20262.0I can say that the neighborhood is nice and the staff is nice as well but they can mess up your rent one of my friends pay 2200 a month just for her apartment and you can get a big house for that price I do think the rent is a bit high priced for the complex to not have a pool or a park and they just added this patio tables outside and they got a dog park but nothing family friendly I pay 1750 for a 3 bedroom apartment and I’m about to move into a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house for 1745 with a Finished basement
