- HHHope HarperSep 15, 20265.0Outstanding First Impression and Exceptional Customer Service!I recently stopped by to tour this property, and I was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Kelly and her staff.Even though I am just in the looking phase and don't live here yet, Kelly treated me with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a fantastic overview of the community without making me feel rushed or pressured. The rest of the staff I encountered were just as welcoming and helpful. First impressions mean everything, and this team clearly takes pride in how they treat people. Based on this experience alone, I highly recommend checking them out!
