- ECErica Cruise6 days ago5.0The gentleman in the office was sweet and funny. Loved the apartment we saw but sadly it was above our budget. The areas outside the apartment doors are clean and kept. Place felt secure. The steep walking and driving might be an issue for some. I wonder if the parking might be an issue.

- LLLuluMar 13, 20264.0EDIT: The new Landlord has come to talk with us and is going to help take care of it as swiftly as possible so I’m going to up my stars to 4 and once it’s fully solved, it’ll be a full five !! Unfortunately Theres lot of violence unfortunately so I don’t feel safe leaving the house with my children unless my fiancé is with me and even then we are a little nervous. Some of my neighbors are constantly committing DV against one another. I don’t like hearing kids cry and adults fight like that it gives me PTSD of my childhood abuse. On top of that, one of our neighbors has even been intimidating us and threatening us because they overheard us say that we were tired of hearing their domestic violence every day and started yelling at us through the wall when we were just venting and communicating in our own kitchen since they heard us the walls must be thin I’m hoping soon something will be done because theres supposed to be a three warning system and then people are supposed to be fined and kicked out. Otherwise, I can’t complain. Most of the people here are really kind that work here.
