  The parking situation at this apartment building is terrible. I was invited to tour an apartment, and when I arrived, I called to ask where I should park. The leasing agent told me to park in the Fourth Street garage. When I pulled into the garage, almost every parking space was marked as reserved for specific apartment numbers or said not to park there. I called back to confirm whether it was okay to park in one of those spaces. Instead of speaking with the same leasing agent, another employee answered. The leasing agent I had originally spoken with never came back to the phone or returned my call, even though he knew I was calling about the parking situation. After waiting with no response and no clear place to park, I decided to leave without even getting to tour the apartment. I was also told my parking garage ticket would be validated, but I couldn’t even find a legal parking space to begin with. To make matters worse, the parking garage is very poorly designed and lacks clear directions. It was confusing trying to get out, and the exit lanes are extremely narrow with oddly placed poles. Unfortunately, I ended up scraping and damaging my car while exiting the garage. I left feeling extremely disappointed. If the parking and arrival process had been better organized, none of this would have happened. My advice is to be very cautious if you visit, especially when entering and exiting the parking garage. and no, I did not take a picture when I was at the parking garage I wanted to get out & I was very upset. So I went back to the shop near my house to try to see if there was anything they can do about the broken mirror. Again, I’m not blaming anyone. It’s all materialistic things, but please be cautious when leaving out the garage I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
