I submitted a maintenance request for a few things that needed replaced/fixed and everything was completed within 24 hours! And Betsy and Alexis made the move-in process seamless and are both always so friendly and helpful. Love my new home!
- NVNik VJul 31, 20265.0This is truly the best team around. Rob and Ty are always on the ball, and Betsy and Alexis are always so radiant and helpful. They make sunshine on a cloudy day. They make blue true. I went to a local cafe the other day. Good Lord, it was one of the most depressing experiences of my life. Cafes should be cozy and chill with couches and good music. But whatever was playing through the speakers might as well have been the opening act for a DJ for something you would hear at a Crunch fitness and night club fused together. It was just sad and disheartening. Lifeless. Unimaginative. But when you walk in here it's warm and nice-- good music actually plays. The decor is elegant and sophisticated. It's chill and quiet. The people are kind and say hello. "There will never be another Camelot," but this place has enough magic. The windows need to be changed.

Alexis and Betsy are the best at what they do, consistently going out of their way to make the apartments feel like home while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The entire staff is extremely professional and always ready to solve any problems that arise. I can’t recommend this apartment enough!

People from all over have fostered a great community and there is something close by regardless which direction you turn. Me and my girlfriend are very happy we moved into here

I have been here for two and a half years for work and I was so lucky enough to live here. Betsy and her team are the best in what they do. I love the underground parking and how secure the building makes me feel when I go to work and come home. If i return for work here again in the future, this is where I will be staying. Thank you Betsey for what you do for us every day. I will miss you, your team, and the Renaissance at the Power Building.
