  Read this!!! Radius doesn't require security deposit and they will take advantage of that. Be prepared when you move out to be charged a ridiculous amount of money. We opted to pay radius's $150 cleaning fee and imagine my face when I find out I'm being charged $110 for deep cleaning. Turns out the $150 is literally just because they feel like it. When I asked why.... "It's because our cleaners went above and beyond". To this day I still don't know what the $150 covers and neither does anyone in radius. On top of that please get everything in writing. They offered us one whole month free of rent if we moved in right away. When we tried to claim our free month we got told we didn't qualify and we had no notes on our account. Turns out the lady who did our leasing quit or got fired shortly after we signed. We did finally get the month after escalating for sometime. Be prepared for the place to smell like piss. The entire back garage turned into a place lazy residents take their dogs outside. The elevators were consistently covered in dog urine. The apartments are pretty cheaply put together and I really recommend you document everything. Things will just break or even be broken with a landlord special holding it together. DOCUMENT! The place really does have a great view of the city and the apartment layouts are awesome. I just don't like how they conduct business and feels like a massive rug pull. They will do and say anything to get you in but after that you're screwed. PS they incentive resident to leave reviews for free tickets and swag. It's called "Win it Wednesday", and if you leave a review you get extra entries. Obviously everyone leaves 5 star reviews because they wanna secure those extra entries for some bengals tickets.

  I moved here from Alabama and have no complaints! My leasing consultant, Jay, helped me move in a made the transition seamless. I’d recommend it to anyone!

  I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff is always so kind and friendly, which really makes the community feel welcoming. The location is also one of my favorite things about living here. There’s always something fun going on nearby, whether it’s a festival, concert, or sporting event, so there’s never a shortage of things to do. It’s such a fun area to live in, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here!

  This is such a great place to live! The views are beautiful and management is amazing. Out of all the apartments to choose from, this is the one to pick!
