The townhouse floor plan is bright and spacious, and the view of nature from the back patio is a refreshing. Any maintenance concerns we’ve had have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Ivy Hills is a clean, friendly community within walking distance of numerous shops and parks in Newtown. The clubhouse gym is always clean and well equipped with functional machines, and the pool area is secure and maintained as well. We truly enjoy living at Ivy Hills. The quality accommodations, excellent amenities, and welcoming community have quickly made it feel like home, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone considering a move to the Newtown area.
