First, we feel like it’s a great deal for the amount of living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor space that you get. Second, the leasing agreement process was straightforward, easy to understand and the staff answered all of our questions quickly and made the move in process very easy. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately with no pushback. Dakota, Kaelie and Daniel have all been great to work with, very responsive and always seem happy to help. The location is in great proximity to Downtown, Kenwood, and Eastgate, but you feel like you’re away from the busy parts of those areas. We would highly recommend IHLP - if you’re looking for an apartment or townhouse, definitely check it out!
