- JJjamesApr 20, 20262.01. Still cannot access the front entrance with farb. IT HAS BEEN 8 WEEKS at least. I do not carry my phone or wallet at night when I walk my dogs and forced to walk around to the side entrance. Its not safe to walk around to the side entrance at night. 2. Common area including but not limited to carpet, floors, molding, elevators and doors need update and cleaning. 3. Front lobby is still under construction and looks like a trailor park. It is not cleaned.

I’m 4 months into my lease, and it has led to frustrating experiences. The building manager is kind and very helpful, and I feel this is out of their control.
