  Overall experience, a 4-5! We’ve been able to call Hilltop Apartments our home for the last few years now and even raised a puppy along the way. Friendly neighbors and enough greenery to feel like we have our own personal park to walk in. The rooms are also high quality and provide enough space to work, play and still have enough room for all the puppy toys!

  I have lived here for a year now, and I can honestly say this is the best-maintained apartment building I have ever lived in. Whenever I have needed maintenance, they have responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and understanding. They are easy to work with and genuinely care about their residents. I have had a very positive experience living here and would highly recommend this apartment community to others.

  My family and I have been at Hilltop Apartments for 2 years now and I must say the experience has been awesome. The office staff are very professional, friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with any needs or concerns. The maintenance team is always so nice, approachable, prompt and quick to respond. The apartment complex has many amenities (pool, basketball court, dog park, exercise area, and more) so there is always something to do and they are all well maintained. They have fun little gatherings planned, which are always nice for meeting neighbors and giving families more fun experiences. It is in a great central location. The interiors are really nice and updated. Most of all, there a mix of families and young adults here, and I haven’t had an issue with any tenants or staff. I highly recommend Hilltop Apartments if you are looking for a great community and a friendly environment.

  My wife and I have lived at Hilltop Apartments for over a year now and we love it! It is relatively quiet, safe, and secluded up on the hill, yet very close to fun places in Oakley and Pleasant Ridge. Also, it is conveniently close to I-71 and Norwood Lateral entrances. Our apartment was renovated when we moved in and we have not had any major maintenance issues. The grounds and amenities are VERY well kept. The office staff are friendly and responsive. I have already recommended Hilltop to several of my friends!
