Robert came at 11 pm on a holiday weekend since we were experiencing a water leak issue. He was so responsive and took his time to make sure everything was good to go before he left. Never once did he complain or try to hurry up and leave. He was so kind and professional and followed up after the weekend to make sure everything was taken care of. We were so thankful for his kindness and responsiveness.
Problem with the pool. As a resident we pay to live here and use the amenities. I do not pay for random people in the neighborhood to use this pool. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC POOL. I continue to see people who don’t live here park their cars and enter the pool like they belong. I even saw a couple park, get out and take their dog into the pool. This is unacceptable. The pool is being over-run by non-residents and it’s getting crowded to the point where I can’t use my own amenities that I pay for. Come on management, stop sending us residents pool rules when the pool is open to the public and nothing is being done about it!

I’ve been a long term resident of Gentry and every summer the office team has made sure that the public is NOT permitted to use our pool by randomly stopping by for FIVE minutes to make sure everyone is a resident. This summer, with the change in property managers it seems like she doesn’t care at all and any one is just allowed to use Gentry’s pool. With the less than ideal neighbors less than 1/2 a mile away and people driving in their cars to use the pool it’s quite the disappointment considering this is pretty much THE ONLY amenity we get to use… clearly any one else who wants to does too.

Maintenance is lovely, timely, communicative and knowledgeable. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in where maintenance doesn’t feel like just strangers intruding on my space, but a collaborative and positive community. I would feel comfortable with George or any others from the maintenance team coming in when I’m not home but they always communicate ahead of time so respectfully anyway. Love them, thankful for all they do!

Andrew was incredibly kind and professional! When I called, he arrived right away and kept a friendly conversation going the entire time. He quickly got my dishwasher working perfectly again. It’s easy to see why he’s the lead—his expertise and customer service are outstanding.
