He was so responsive and took his time to make sure everything was good to go before he left. Never once did he complain or try to hurry up and leave. He was so kind and professional and followed up after the weekend to make sure everything was taken care of. We were so thankful for his kindness and responsiveness.
- DDDJul 1, 20261.0Problem with the pool. As a resident we pay to live here and use the amenities. I do not pay for random people in the neighborhood to use this pool. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC POOL. I continue to see people who don’t live here park their cars and enter the pool like they belong. I even saw a couple park, get out and take their dog into the pool. This is unacceptable. The pool is being over-run by non-residents and it’s getting crowded to the point where I can’t use my own amenities that I pay for. Come on management, stop sending us residents pool rules when the pool is open to the public and nothing is being done about it!
