  I lived here for four years, and it has genuinely been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The units are beautiful, incredibly spacious, and the views are spectacular. The pool was always one of my favorite amenities. The community is great, and the location is hard to beat. Surprisingly quiet for downtown living while being perfectly situated between The Banks and OTR. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a downtown apartment.

  Lived here 2.5 years. Gem in the right part of downtown. Can’t hear the neighbors. Friendly community. Leasing office and maintenance helpful and quick. Views are lovely.

  I love living here! The property management staff is incredibly attentive and kind. The maintenance crew has also been so fast to fix anything I might need (which isn't often because the building is pretty new). My unit has a great view and the size of the bathroom and walk-in closet is amazing. It's also convenient to be able to park in the same building and walk to my car from within. My previous apartments didn't have that luxury. It's great how dog-friendly the apartment/neighborhood is. Finally, one of my favorite parts of living here is their Black Card that gives us discounts at local establishments. I've been with NAP for over three years and I definitely recommend it!

  I have been waiting for this place to open up. I was working with their leasing agent Tara. While waiting they had not had a lease written up, and I had informed them I am a smoker. I was assured this would not be an issue as people can smoke in all their other properties. Well today comes and I receive their lease. It is not renter friendly but it could be worse. You cannot view the addendums (pet policy, smoking policy) until you agree to their lease. That caught my attention off the get go. I called them to ask what was covered on the unviewable parts (huge warning sign btw). I was then informed the property is non-smoking and that my deposit and application fee was non-refundable. Their reason is that they could have rented the place out to others.....well I’m due to transfer offices in two weeks. Read the lease and be careful. On a side note I have left a message with their Corp office with no call back so far. Maybe a blessing in disguise.
