- VJVictor JelzJul 21, 20265.0I lived here for four years, and it has genuinely been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The units are beautiful, incredibly spacious, and the views are spectacular. The pool was always one of my favorite amenities. The community is great, and the location is hard to beat. Surprisingly quiet for downtown living while being perfectly situated between The Banks and OTR. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a downtown apartment.

- CSCindy SandersJan 15, 20265.0We moved into Encore in May 2025. The building is well maintained and has amazing views (we have a corner unit with North West view). No issues with hearing noise from neighbors above, below, or beside us. The trash area, hallways, elevators, pool area, fitness and main lobby are super clean all the time. Leasing office is very professional and there are no "hidden" fees or inaccurate pricing. Maintenance team is very professional and super responsive. We park in the CDC owned and managed garage next to the building and have had no issues with our car in terms of safety. Highly recommend this building.
