  Lived here 2.5 years. Gem in the right part of downtown. Can’t hear the neighbors. Friendly community. Leasing office and maintenance helpful and quick. Views are lovely.

  I toured this property with a friend of mine, and I must say — I am thoroughly impressed! From the staff to the property itself, our entire experience was truly a breath of fresh air. This tour stood out tremendously compared to others I’ve experienced. Mikaela did our tour, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was professional, knowledgeable, and brought such positive energy to the experience. She made our visit exciting, engaging, and incredibly personalized. It genuinely felt like she had hand-picked the best options specifically for me, keeping my preferences and lifestyle in mind. Instead of feeling like just another tour, it felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. By the end of the visit, she actually made me feel excited about moving — which speaks volumes! The apartment building itself is upscale, sleek, and elegant. The property was spotless and very well maintained. From the units to the amenity spaces, everything was beautifully designed — and the views are absolutely spectacular. Overall, this was easily one of the best touring experiences I’ve had. Mikaela was a breath of fresh air and truly made this property shine. Highly recommend!
