  Nice place to live so far, typical things that come with living downtown aren’t too bothersome. Maintenance is fast and everyone is so nice!

  Current has been a great place to live. I’ve been here for 1 year now and I’m definitely extending my stay. The property is well maintained, the community is peaceful, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled promptly. Overall, I’ve had a very pleasant experience living here and would definitely recommend it to others.

  I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex handled our application. My husband and I were told that we were approved for a unit, and we were actually asked to fill out the lease agreement. After we completed the lease, we were then asked to provide our IDs. Shortly after providing them, we were told that our application was rejected. I do not understand how we could be approved, complete a lease agreement, and then suddenly be denied afterward. If there was an issue with our credit or another qualification, that should have been addressed before telling us that we were approved and having us complete the lease. The entire process was confusing and frustrating, especially because the rejection came after we had already been told we were approved. It also left us questioning whether we were treated fairly. I sincerely hope this was simply a credit or screening issue and not related to the color of our skin, but the way the situation was handled made us uncomfortable and raised serious concerns for us. Applicants deserve clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the leasing process. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about the approval process before moving forward with this apartment complex.
