  I lived at Cincinnati premier at the Buxton apartments for 8 years I seen 4 new managers the new managers Lauren and her crew are the worst if I complained about anything they look at u like u were nuts .They only rent to younger trouble makers the smoke from pott never stopped I complained about black mold under kitchen sink the maintenance man just looked at it put a thin board over it said whole kitchen counter needed replaced but can't do it with anyone living there but said he'll tell Lauren the manager nothing wasn't done about it .So I move out .The place went downhill since Lauren and her crew took over . Please be aware Yes I reported the mold beginning of summer of 2026 by phone the owner or manager are lying on their reply

  Property was kept up the tenents are quiet and friendly the manager Lauren was very helpful and nice
