  My husband and I have enjoyed living here. We toured a lot of complexes and felt Centennial was the best balance of price, amenities and quality of living. The staff and maintenance team has been amazing. We can tell they do their very best to incorporate new and update amenities and keep the grounds tidy. The apartment layouts are great, with plenty of options to suit your needs. When we moved in we were impressed with how well it was cleaned. We have a dog and love how dog friendly the entire community is, even complete with a nice dog grooming station. We have a few very, very minor complaints. Parking near our particular building can be difficult but not all buildings are laid out as such. There is only one trash disposal area on the entire property, we will have to drive our trash down or take the walk hauling everything. We wish there was an option closer to us. There is recycling but it’s not next to the trash so it makes it inconvenient to recycle which I’m sure deters many people from recycling in the first place. It’s so nice having a dog park on the property, however it’s located on a very steep hill. We don’t use it as much due to the terrain and I’m afraid my dog will hurt herself. Overall, would recommend!

  Lived here for over two years and was very happy with the experience! Maintence was always quick, the office staff were always friendly and my packages never disappeared. Living here made apartment hunting in a new city difficult because it set a high standard

  The day I was moving, I had a delay and was unable to make the cut off time for to pick up my key. The office worked with me to set up contactless check in. They also left a gift bag of essential move in items including dish soap, toilet paper, tissues, and toilet paper. So far, my experience has been very enjoyable. The staff are responsive and kind :)

  We love living at Centennial Station! The location of the apartment complex is so close to a lot of cute communities. The rent is a decent price for the proximity to a lot of upscale neighborhoods. The property management hosts fun events every few months that provide an opportunity to connect with the other residents. Additionally, they are also always looking for ways to improve/update the complex's amenities. The only negative side to the complex is that depending on your building's location, parking spots are very limited, leaving you to either park in a handicap spot or have a decently long walk to your apartment. Regardless, overall, we have been very happy with our experience living at Centennial Station!

  The apartments themselves and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. The leasing office and maintenance team are super responsive and helpful. The residents are respectful and keep to themselves. When the big snow storm hit earlier this year, the maintenance team and snow plowers worked so hard to clear the streets and walkways. We were blown away with their efforts to keep everyone safe. I very much recommend this complex.
