  My experience here has been amazing and my unit is perfect for me. I requested if I could replace the carpet for wood and they did and now it’s a perfect unit for me! Maintenance has been great and the residents are friendly and I’m happy I chose to live here.

  We’ve lived at Centennial coming on 7 years now and it is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are fantastic. The staff is always so on top of everything and extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely quiet neighborhood and everyone is always so nice. They plan lots of activities through the year too which is always fun, and work constantly on updating the complex and adding new and relevant things. We absolutely love the dog park for our dog, and the pool is the best. Overall so happy living at centennial!

  Great experience living here! All the amenities are great and kept clean! Having a free tanning bed is definitely a great perk. The pool is nice and isn’t overly crowded during the weekends. The gates allow me to feel safer moving to a new city.

  Me, my boyfriend, and our pup have been here for about 3 months now. Staff is very communicative, we get responses so quickly for questions and maintenance requests. We’ve been using the pool and clubhouse all summer, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. Our dog loves the dog park, and I love all the dog bag stations around the complex. Super fair and competitive pricing to anything similar around town when we were looking for our next place. After many tours and now being here three months, I think the staff, amenities, safety, and apartment itself really put this place as the top tier choice. It’s gated, quiet, and I genuinely feel safe here. Our apartment came very clean, and it is so functional for the square footage- tons of storage too. Neighbors have been nothing but kind and respectful.

  I have lived here for 2 years. I decided to move to the area because my son lives nearby. I looked at different places but when Bria showed me the apartment, I knew this was it. The complex is always kept nice. Snow cleaning in the winter. Maintenance always on the ball. I like that its gated. I can have my cat. The residents I have met are nice. It's quiet. There are activities during the year to attend. Bria is the best and glad she was promoted. If I have one complaint it is the parking. I wish it was assigned.
