  This review is incredibly long overdue! I have been a resident here for 5 years now and I don't believe I can think of a single negative thing to say about the complex. The office staff are incredibly friendly and are always willing to answer whatever questions you have. The maintenance crew has always been incredibly prompt when we've needed them and the guys are super chill and nice. The gates at the front and back of the complex have been working rather flawlessly ever since this last implementation of software (and honestly it's the best one yet). The complex itself is pretty quiet and safety has never once been a concern of mine since living here. Couldn't be happier this is where we chose when we were moving!

  Great complex and apartment! My unit is on one of the top floors and so the ceilings are high and makes the apartment very very roomy. This complex is spread out so there are different areas that you could be in. My unit is a little noisy from outside noise, but I like that… You could definitely get a tucked away unit which would be a lot quieter. I am so surprised how little noise I hear from any of my neighbors. Very quiet on that part! The pool area is great and they often have social events. I would have to say the best thing about this place is the management and your responsiveness to any issues.

  My husband and I have enjoyed living here. We toured a lot of complexes and felt Centennial was the best balance of price, amenities and quality of living. The staff and maintenance team has been amazing. We can tell they do their very best to incorporate new and update amenities and keep the grounds tidy. The apartment layouts are great, with plenty of options to suit your needs. When we moved in we were impressed with how well it was cleaned. We have a dog and love how dog friendly the entire community is, even complete with a nice dog grooming station. We have a few very, very minor complaints. Parking near our particular building can be difficult but not all buildings are laid out as such. There is only one trash disposal area on the entire property, we will have to drive our trash down or take the walk hauling everything. We wish there was an option closer to us. There is recycling but it’s not next to the trash so it makes it inconvenient to recycle which I’m sure deters many people from recycling in the first place. It’s so nice having a dog park on the property, however it’s located on a very steep hill. We don’t use it as much due to the terrain and I’m afraid my dog will hurt herself. Overall, would recommend!
