Cascade Ridge is a 7-building, newly renovated community comprising 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. All units feature modern luxury finishes, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit washer & dryer combo, shaker kitchen cabinets, engineered hardwood flooring, and recessed lighting. Each unit includes two or more in-wall A/C units to ensure a comfortable temperature. A significant amount of lighting and a security system have been added to provide an additional level of safety. We offer a pet-friendly environment, including a fenced-in pet play area. Our community is conveniently located less than 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati and I-71 and I-75. Our full-time on-site staff is always available!
