  I had a tour scheduled and was feeling really good about this property. I make WELL over the 3xs rent limit and upon going to the leasing office I was told I would be denied because my car has a dent. Like are you guys serious right now??? I’m being denied an apartment because my car has damage? This is absolutely wild to me. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE: If you are denying people for their car having a dent then you need to stop wasting people’s time and put that on the websites you use to list the property. I wasted time and gas driving over there.

  I think it’s pretty ridiculous that a request that was sent in on Wednesday night of last week, gets “fixed” on Tuesday of this week. I put fixed in quotations because it wasn’t fixed, it was me who had to unclog the toilet that wouldn’t budge for 6 DAYS! I don’t know how often anybody that works at AV has to go to the bathroom, but it’s probably more than twice in 6 days. On top of all of that, whoever did my service, his name started with a D and I could not read any of his handwriting. He left the hanging tag on my door handle which was fine, but didn’t lock my door. Not sure what time he came but to leave it unlocked for multiple hours is pretty ridiculous once again.

  They were nice and the apartments that I look at was nice and clean and everything was clean . And the Prices were Reasonable Price.
