We have been without air conditioning all summer, and each time we contact management, we are told we are "on the list" for repairs. Despite contacting the city, the issue remains unresolved, and the apartment has consistently been between 80 and 86 degrees. Additionally, there have been frequent car break-ins, slow maintenance response times, and poor overall management. Cannot wait to move!
- CECharlie EarnhardtAug 1, 20261.0Honestly just not the best spot to live at. my girlfriend’s mirror got stolen during her first visit here, and the ac did not work for half of our year lease, and our maintenance request was ignored. Living in an 81 degree apartment is not fun, especially when there are not enough HVAC technicians to fix all the apartments air conditioning issues. There have been many bugs here too, along with a smell of cigarettes from the previous apartment owners, which stained the smell in my clothes.
