  Spectacular addition to the city of Cincinnati. You can tell that the people that developed 7w7 truly feel that Cincinnati is the next hot place to be. The amenities cater to the young professionals that flock to the area, and you can’t beat the location for those starting at P&G, Deloitte, Kroger, 5/3, and Cintas. I took a Teams call from one of the coworking suites, and my leader was highly impressed with the space and attention to detail that went into the planning. The gym is so exceptional that I’ve cancelled my outside membership. I’ve never worked with nicer equipment, and I appreciate being able to get a nice view of the skyline during my workout. The floor to ceiling windows in our unit are a great perk of having been converted from the former Macy’s headquarters, and I’m glad they thought to utilize those and the terrace. The staff is available, welcoming, and accommodating, which from my experience is something you don’t find everywhere. Overall this was a spectacularly executed reutilization of the former Macy’s headquarters, and I look forward to living here for many years to come.

  I had a great experience touring the new 7 W 7th apartments. The unit views were incredible and the gym looked awesome. Mary was a pleasure to work with. I strongly suggest checking this place out.

  I am thoroughly impressed with this newly constructed apartment complex. The location is exceptional, providing unparalleled convenience for residents. The leasing staff, Chaz and Mary, are incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming. The building boasts abundant natural light, a well-equipped fitness area, roof lounges that offer stunning city views, and a stylish club room. This property is truly unique and stands apart from typical cookie-cutter apartments!
