  We have been working with Becca Floyd at Clayton Homes of Chillicothe and she has been amazing! She has been there for us through every step of the way and kept us in the loop on all updates and she has turned into a true friend of ours. We appreciate her so much! Serenna & Dakota Woodruff

  I have been shopping around trying to find the right home for our land in our price range and I loved this place! The guy that we talked to was very helpful even though he immediately heard we were in West Virginia and couldnt make a sale he still showed us some of the homes and explained details to us. Unfortunately they dont deliver or sell to West Virginia so I wasnt able to work with them but I really wish I could have! None of the places I went to in West Virginia were as helpful and priced as good as this place was. I am really confused as to why that is because these homes looked better than the ones I looked at in West Virginia... If you have land in Ohio I would go check this place out, you definitely wont be disappointed!

  If I could do negative stars I would . I’ve been in my house only five years , I’ve had my main water line break , (only to get a letter 5 months later from Clayton saying they were replacing the pipe bc of so many breaking) had to replace my water heater , and now having trouble with my air conditioner (conpletely not working). They never gave me any paperwork on the air conditioning so now I’m fighting to get ahold of someone who can help and hope my warranty is still on it. No one at the office ever helps. They’re rude and completely unhelpful. I would NEVER go through them again. Currently talking to people about what I can do about Clayton and hopefully looking to move soon away from this hell that’s been this five years in this house.

  Extremely nice homes even nicer employees. Those ladies in there can make all the confusing lingo or nubers and calculations make sense to us common people who don't regularly heare or have to deal with that kind of thing.any questions you could think of or concerns they're all very helpful.
