Integrity Chardon has become my home and I am grateful! Mike and Sarah have been wonderful and patient as this is my first time living on my own, so there has been a lot of things I did not know. Mike the maintenance manager is quick to show up and figure out solutions, as well as takes care of repairs! Definitely a great place and my neighbors have been so nice and welcoming! To top it off, perfect location to various restaurants, grocery stores, etc!

I had just moved in and was having a really bad day. To top it all off, I locked myself out of the building. Michael M, came over and let me inside, and he ALSO carried up large boxes with furniture that I wasn’t able to carry up myself. He made my awful day WAYYYY better! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Living here has been the perfect middle ground for saving for a house. The maintenance team is always hard at work and truly try their best to make this the best living space for everyone. Given the amount of people living here, it truly is quiet, we have 2 under 2, never had any issues with feeling safe or being woken up by noise. Everyone we have come across is friendly. They care about the space, keeping it look nice, and really look out for each other. If I had to pick anything to “complain” about - it would be the cost of laundry :/ it cost roughly 5$ a load. But other than that, they are fast to be fixed if something is wrong, and so far all the neighbors are really good at getting in line for the washer, we never had an issue with fighting over clean clothes!! Sarah is the property manager here, she does a fabulous job of making you feel like this is a home and not just a stepping stone that people usually come here for. She is quick to answer any questions. Most importantly she knows her tenants. Which I think really makes a huge difference, you aren’t just a unit number. Lastly, it’s a 5 min walk to Giant Eagle , they even keep the walking path clear for us to jump over there whenever we want a snack! We just signed an extension on our lease and couldn’t be happier about it.
