  After living here for a good 3 to 4 months I feel I can very confidently say this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived! I love my place and the location but honestly what makes it so great is the staff here. Elena Is such a wonderful person, always kind and always sweet not to mention extremely helpful for whatever you need! The property manager is also phenomenal, she is just as kind and attentive to whatever you need and never shines away from speaking to you in person. The maintenance team has helped me quite a few times and if I could give them six stars I would! They also throw awesome parties, functions, and trivia where they give away free food and drink drinks and we always have a ton of fun! If you were thinking about living here, I would say 100% do it!

  My experience here was great until it wasn’t. We toured the apartment and wanted to move in. One question I had was about the carpet because I could tell it had been used, and this is a luxury apartment. (It was not in bad condition; I was really just curious.) She responded that only one other tenant had lived here with this carpet. Following that, she says that they replace the carpet every 1–2 tenants, and we were the second tenant. (meaning it would be replaced after us) After we moved in, everything was fine….until we moved out and received the “move-out statement”. It included a $1,000 charge for the carpet: “Carpet torn/frayed in every room. Carpet needs replaced.” So, called and spoke to Angela. I tried to explain to her that it did not feel right that I was told it gets replaced either way, and then I get charged for it. She said “She would never say that” (It was 2 rooms at the door from a cat, that’s it.) She did not want to come to any resolutions just argue. When speaking with Angela I asked to place an appeal which she did not let me. She just said goodbye and the call was over. I then spoke to who I believe to be her higher ups if you will, and the person I spoke with was great. They processed my appeal and took very good notes even going as far as adding to inform the VP on her inexcusable behavior and my experience with her. Angela was EXTREMELY unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I work with multiple different customers every single day, and I could not believe the way she handled it. It’s not about the money, just the fact that we were lied to and the absolutely disgusting way Angela handled it. I am never going to recommend this place to anyone. I really hope you plan to make things right.

  The staff here is not only friendly and readily available, but also quick to address any problems that may arise. Last winter my heat was not working properly and after having maintenance look at it promptly, they dtermined the unit needed replacing even though maintenance had gotten the heat working again. The next day, their heat/air contractor was here and replaced my unit while I was at work. I was impressed. And I can't write a review without mentioning Julie. She has been extremely helpful since I moved in. Having had some personal issues that came out of the blue, she not only talked with me, but did all within her power to help me work some things out. I am extremely grateful for her caring presence, it will never be forgotten. She and her staff don't just consider the people who live here tenants, but friends.

  Don't believe everything you read. The community is full of violations. As long as management likes you rules don't apply. No insulation so heat bills are $200-300 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Improper drainage system, do bring waders or rowboat to get to your car. Large dogs welcome. Fit as many as you can since there seems to be no limit on family size and make sure you have a pocket translator if you wish to communicate with your loud neighbors...
