  I have been extremely disappointed with my experience living here. The property manager is unprofessional, dismissive, and does not seem to care about residents or their concerns. Trying to get a response or have an issue resolved is frustrating, and communication is consistently poor. On top of that, the grounds are not well maintained. Trash is often left around the property, landscaping is neglected, and common areas don’t reflect the amount residents pay to live here. It’s clear that keeping the property clean and presentable is not a priority. Overall, the management and lack of upkeep have made this a very negative experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to tour the property carefully and read reviews before signing a lease.

  The new management sucks but the front office leasing agent Esta kim is very nice i saw someone yell at her but she didnt fold she was still nice to them. This management company is lucky to have one good person here. If not for her i wouldnt live here.

  I was once accustomed to the noise emanating from thin walls. You could practically hear someone having intimate moments, conversing, coughing, or using the bathroom. The rent here is exorbitant, and I am deeply disappointed in how the new management has treated us. I won’t go into detail about the trash, but recently, I’ve discovered that we are living with mice all over the complex. I visited the office to show them a video, but they acted as if it were normal. It’s 4 am now, and I just woke up because I heard noises. Guess what? A mouse was in my room! You can’t leave your balcony door open because they’re everywhere. This is unbelievable. I felt compelled to write this because apparently, talking to them doesn’t help or work. Now, renters are forced to deal with high rent, mice, and disrespectful management.

  Since day one ☝🏻 I moved here Esther costumer service is 10/10 she always help very understanding very respectful helpful especially dealing with multiple languages is not easy she’s the best person ever 🙏🏾
