  By far the worst management team I’ve ever dealt with. They are rude, dismissive, and combative, and there is absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to repairs. The property has noticeably gone downhill since I moved in two years ago, and it’s clear that poor management is a major factor. Save yourself the headache—I DO NOT RECOMMEND living here. Please get a property manager that is equipped for the job because the current one is the absolute worst!

  I want to share my honest experience because I feel like this is something future residents should be aware of. The walls here are extremely thin, and you can hear a lot of what’s going on around you. Because the walls are so thin, I feel like there have been situations where neighbors complain about noise without actually knowing where the noise is coming from. I don’t think it’s fair for residents to be accused of something simply because someone assumes the noise is coming from their apartment. I also feel that before approaching or accusing a resident, management should take the time to actually investigate the situation and speak with the resident privately to understand what happened. Being approached publicly about a complaint, especially when the notice had someone else’s name on it, was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I’m not saying this to cause problems. I just believe residents deserve to be heard and treated fairly. When you live in an apartment community, misunderstandings can happen, especially when the walls are this thin. Communication and actually finding out where the noise is coming from would go a long way.

  Lived here for less than 12 months on a 13-month lease. I couldn’t leave there soon enough. Management is horrible, the community is always filthy and overrun with trash, and all the walls are paper thin. The onsite gym is always dirty, a large piece of equipment has been broken down for several months with no “Out of Order” sign placed on it. The dumpsters are always overfilled and lazy neighbors will just toss their trash bags outside of the dumpsters despite there still being room to properly dispose of it. The community has an abundance of dumpsters but the residents are too stubborn to walk their trash to an open dumpster (see attached pics). Despite reading reviews about a trash issue, we still moved in and lived to regret it. No amount of cheap rent is worth living in this “new build.” And the front office manager Ashley is as approachable as a pit viper. When we asked what we had to do to put in our 60-day notice, she came tromping out with a nasty scowl on her face and an attitude like we were inconveniencing her day. Find another community to live at because there are far better apartments and rentals throughout Canal Winchester and even the Columbus area.

Great amenities, attentive management, timely maintenance, convenient rent payment phone app Extremely happy with everything so far including the location.
