  I really love,all the updates Renova did to the property , the staff is very friendly and they bring a new vibe to this environment unlike the precious owner we now have a party center new playground and a exercise room and they have activities for the residents . I trully enjoy living here. Keep up the good work and thank you.

  I've lived at these apartments for the last eight years and since it's changed to renova things have improved tremendously. Great communication back and forth with everyone. Michelle is a really amazing lady. And the maintenance man Billy Jake has great energy, always full of smiles and friendly, work gets done quickly and cleanly, and you feel safe having him in your home

  Can we normalize getting surveillance cameras in the vestibules? Some of my packages have been stolen and I’ve heard about other residents in other buildings, their packages being stolen… They want a better community, they need to do better as well. It’s a shared common area so I don’t see why they can’t do it. Would be a considerate thought. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I’ve noticed a big difference with the community but not with deliveries being untouchable.

  in the 9 months i’ve lived here, the Renova team has made remarkable strides to improve their community! the brand new pool and equipment room, repaved parking lots, the permanent tasteful signage, and their commitment to keeping their residents safe and happy has shown through in such a short amount of time. they are quick and easy to work with & communication is great. of course the apartment itself is updated, clean, and safe. i lowkey rave about all the changes and how i am proud to live here! 10/10

  I've lived here for almost 10 years. Those of us that had been here this long, have seen a lot of transition and poor property management. With the sole exception of Billy in maintenance who is absolutely priceless. However, under the new ownership and name Renova of Brunswick, there has been marked improvement. Both exterior and interior physical property improvements, a gorgeous pool and new playground among other new amenities. As well as a very attentive, thorough, and pleasant maintenance TEAM, Billy AND Jacob! For instance, I put a low priority request in this morning, and within an hour, received a very respectful call, ask for permission to enter, and repair completed with a smile by our new maintenance supervisor, Jacob.
