  From the moment I walked into the model, I knew I had found my new home. I am so glad I listened to my friend who told me to go look at them. Before I started my apartment search, I made a list of six amenities that were absolute must-haves. It wasn’t easy finding a community that checked every single box, but The Villas did exactly that. Finding a place that met all of my needs felt almost too good to be true. The staff has been amazing from day one. They made the entire leasing process smooth, answered every question I had, and have continued to be friendly, welcoming, and responsive long after I moved in. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. The grounds are always clean and beautifully maintained, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and everyone I’ve met has been friendly. It truly feels like a community instead of just another apartment complex. If you’re looking for a place that combines beautiful apartments with outstanding amenities, a great maintenance crew and exceptional management, I can’t recommend The Villas of Brookview enough. Choosing to live here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I couldn’t be happier to call it home.

  We love living here overall, the place is great, maintenance is quick, and Kayla has been awesome since day one. She’s professional, easy to talk to, and sets the bar for how a luxury complex should be run. My issue is with Kim. Living here isn't cheap, and when you pay premium rent, you expect peace of mind and basic respect, not to feel micromanaged by a hall monitor. Every interaction I’ve had with her feels condescending, like she’s just looking for minor things to critique instead of using common sense and actually helping residents. There’s a way to talk to people, and her tone just isn't it. Credit to upper management for stepping up professionally when my partner brought this up to them, that accountability goes a long way. But Kim really needs to adjust her attitude and focus on customer service instead of policing the people who live here.

  I’ve enjoyed living at The Villas at Brookview. The community is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and it truly feels like a small community. I recently had a customer service issue with the property manager, Kim, and shared my concerns with senior management. I was very pleased with how seriously my concerns were taken. Management listened, provided clear answers and addressed the situation in a way that I found professional, respectful and courteous. Seeing my concerns handled appropriately makes me feel much more comfortable as a resident moving forward. Aside from that experience, everyone else I’ve interacted with in the leasing office and property management has been respectful. Kayla has been especially kind, helpful and welcoming throughout my time here. The maintenance team also responds quickly when issues arise and has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoy living here and appreciate management’s willingness to listen to residents and resolve concerns.

  I love my home at Brookview! I’ve lived here almost a year so I’ve been through all the seasons. My driveway was plowed sidewalks cleaned and yard always kept up. These are definitely quality built homes. Office staff has been wonderful to work with. I will definitely retire here. Highly recommend if you are retired or thinking about it. Beautiful view from my home also and quiet.
