- MMMichael5 days ago1.0Bad bad bad. Washer and dryer took 6 -7 hours to finish one load and wrinkled all my clothes. Apartment is freezing
- BOBart OrtizOct 7, 20265.0The staff is great and always willing to answer any questions I may have
- VLVanessa LNov 30, 20215.0I lived at Olmsted Falls Village for 3 years and had a good experience with the apartment and the company. I had great neighbors too. If you had any questions or concerns it was easy to talk and communicate with them. Communication is the key which lets me give them 5 stars.
- HHhauntedhouse96Jun 1, 20181.0Rude management, rude neighbors, overall a bad place to live. I felt very unsafe living here for the entire duration of my lease because I was being harassed by another tenant and nothing was done about it. I would give zero stars if possible.
- DWDiana WalterJan 26, 20181.0Awful...very rude management..they never fix anything...When I asked if they received my payment that was dropped off 2 Weeks prior I’m told they DONT KNOW....untrustworthy place and a waste of your money. 1 star for the location other than that they get 0. They manage Berea lakes and other subpar apartments. STAY CLEAR.
