  I hope to live here forever. Office ladies are always helpful, nice, and professional. The 4 maintenance men always do a great job and are friendly and professional.

  If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a living nightmare. Every single day here is worst than the last and just when you think it can’t possibly get worse, it does. There has been a severe roach infestation since I moved in 2 months ago. They are so good at promising that the situation is being solved, but everything they say is a complete lie. They told us last week that they are doing such a good job at resolving the situation, today we saw 3 giant roaches in the shower, the kitchen, and inside the night stand in my bedroom. We are running screaming from this place after only two months and paying them a HUGE fee. We now have to throw away everything we own, including sentimental things, just to make sure we don’t bring their nasty cockroaches with us. They are cheaters and liars and they will take all of your money and laugh at you. Moving here was the single worst decision of my entire life. I hope everyone that works for this company has a hard time sleeping at night. They have officially ruined my life. Update: We have moved out of this apartment after living there for two months. We had to throw away everything we owned. The whole ordeal cost us well over $10k, and we are two college students. We had to fork over $2,300 just to move out of the infestation that was a result of THEIR lack of action towards the situation. After moving out, I returned to the apartment to throw away more of our belongings and found that the entire place was still completely infested, including a cockroach that still had the egg attached to it. FOUL. Please please please if you listen to one review in our life let it be this one and do NOT move anywhere near here.

  Rude management, rude neighbors, overall a bad place to live. I felt very unsafe living here for the entire duration of my lease because I was being harassed by another tenant and nothing was done about it. I would give zero stars if possible.

  Awful...very rude management..they never fix anything...When I asked if they received my payment that was dropped off 2 Weeks prior I’m told they DONT KNOW....untrustworthy place and a waste of your money. 1 star for the location other than that they get 0. They manage Berea lakes and other subpar apartments. STAY CLEAR.
