  Understand, although we had a 2nd home in Berea, my husband and I knew no real estate agents and had to trust a friend’s referral. Caleb, from his first immediate smile and handshake eased our fears. We have sold 15 homes in Tuscarawas County so we understand the process of selling but was unsure about Cuyahoga County. Caleb was the perfect choice for an agent! He is honest and makes wise suggestions toward selling your home. He certainly helped us by answering each of our questions; and, he made time for us with very little notice! Wow! Isn’t that what we all want?   Caleb is the absolute best! He helped us both buy and sell a property. I’d describe Caleb as incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the whole experience. Finding a new home can be a stressful process, but Caleb’s Zen-like willingness to see home after home with us for months without frustration was so appreciated!   We are so grateful to have Caleb. We had an amazing realtor throughout our home-buying journey! Since day one to close, all the ups and downs, he never gave up on us. He's not letting you hanging and dont know what to do or what next. He was always patient, supportive, and willing to help. He took the time to explain every corner of the houses we looked at (sidings, windows, flooring, major appliances, roofing. name it! he will tell you every detail of it) and helped us understand. You are not just walking to the house and look buy your self. We appreciate him more during the processing of signing our home, he was always there to guide us, answer our questions, and review everything with us. As first-time homebuyers, this whole process was new and an overwhelming, but having him made a big difference. We feel lucky to have found a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.   My husband and I have been looking for a new house for a little over a year. Our family had grown and we needed a larger house. When we met Caleb we were interviewing different realtors. His knowledge and his respect for his clients outshined his peers. It took less than a week to find a new home. We ended up winning the bid for the house. Due to his knowledge base and his negotiation techniques we won the bid over another buyer who had a higher offer. He was transparent through the entire process of purchasing the house and was always readily available.
