  My husband and I have been looking for a new house for a little over a year. Our family had grown and we needed a larger house. When we met Caleb we were interviewing different realtors. His knowledge and his respect for his clients outshined his peers. It took less than a week to find a new home. We ended up winning the bid for the house. Due to his knowledge base and his negotiation techniques we won the bid over another buyer who had a higher offer. He was transparent through the entire process of purchasing the house and was always readily available. We really appreciate all the work he did for us and highly recommend him for any buying or selling of your home.

  Caleb was a wonderful Real Estate Agent and a friend. I lived in my house for 52 years so buying a new home was very traumatic for me. As far as I am centered there is no better agent than Caleb. He is kind ,patient knowledgeable,and extremely accommodating. I couldn’t have had a better agent to work with. I will always be forever grateful to him.

  I cannot express how truly helpful Caleb was from start to finish in my home buying journey. He made time for showings, which frequently included members of my family. His skills in pointing out both positive and negative elements of each house guided my assessment of each property. Ultimately I was successful in purchasing a home within 6 weeks of reaching out to him. Caleb continued to support me with several issues with my new home and his recommendation to get a home warranty saved me thousands of dollars. You simply cannot find a kinder or more helpful agent in the Berea/Westside area.
