  Shauna and the leasing staff are great to work with. She is always very helpful, responsive, and professional. Communication is excellent, and she goes above and beyond to assist whenever needed. It’s always a pleasure working with her and the team.

  The new staff has been very nice focusing on getting the job done. In the last 5 years everything has been improving. What I have been requesting I have been getting refrigerator, stove, air conditioner, and recently new screens to all my windows. I am 20 year tenant. It’s been peaceful, some things happen but it’s not bad.

  This has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The only downside was some unexpected additional fees charged after move-out, which was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The laundry facilities and pool were always clean and well maintained, and there is a cleaning crew that services the building daily. I always felt welcomed and safe, especially with 24-hour security patrolling the parking lot. Overall, I really enjoyed living in the Bedford area. The one-bedroom rent was also pretty affordable, which was a big plus—it was under $811 at the time 💯

  I am a tenant at Trinity Towers and recently requested some maintenance to be done. Within 3 hours maintenance had shown up, Cliff, he was personable and polite. About thirty minutes the maintenance I had requested was either fixed or replaced. It was nice to have a quick, pleasant response maintenance issue. Thanks to Cliff, maintenance and Trinity Towers.

  I recently a tour and had a really great experience. Ms. Pitts had amazing energy from the moment I walked in. Very welcoming, positive, and professional, which honestly set the tone for the whole visit. She made the tour feel comfortable and easy, and you could tell she really knows the property and takes pride in what she’s showing. The unit itself was very nice, clean, and well put together. For the price, it’s definitely a great value, especially the one-bedroom. It felt spacious, functional, and like a place you could genuinely see yourself living in. The layout was solid and the overall vibe of the apartment was peaceful and inviting.Overall, I left the tour with a really good impression. Between Ms. Pitts’ energy and the quality of the unit for the price, it definitely stood out compared to other places I’ve seen.
