  I've lived at Timber Glen Apartments for a little over a year with my fiance and pet. We moved from out of state, and have been very satisfied. Management is quick to respond and handles everything professionally. The only "issues" are people not picking up after their pets and some noisy neighbors occasionally, but you'll have that anywhere!

  Moved in early this year! I think it’s safe to say we made a great choice! Office staff and maintenance are great!! Friendly neighbors and the convenience of location!

  The assistant leasing manager is 10/10 for kindness, caring, prompt replies via email, great to reach out to (Aaron Mcwhorter). The apartments themselves are good - newer appliances, fresh coat of paint, I’ve seen carpet torn out of multiple units over 1 year so they put money back into maintaining them. The apartments feel EXTREMELY SAFE - never had a stolen package, one off leash dog incident was addressed because that goes against their lease agreement, never sketchy people or things happening when I walk my dog late at night/weekends/alone. The app for putting in maintenance requests is pretty good - user friendly. As far as maintenance follow through goes, that’s where they lost a star for me. I had to submit the same request a few days apart because there was still a bird family chirping inside a wall - people closed the air vent after an exterminator relocated the birds. And nobody was available in the winter to pickup trash around one parking area so it stayed until landscapers came in the early spring. But in the summer, landscapers have spread torn up trash debris across the grass. I don’t know if it’s an external contractors problem but that has left me dissatisfied a lot of days. Overall I would recommend someone considering Timber Glenn Apartments as an option for location/price/space reasons, to move in because it has been a great place to live with a dog for 2 years while saving up to be a first time home buyer.

  My boyfriend and I have lived here since February and absolutely love our apartment! The office staff is very nice & maintenance is quick! Our neighbors are very friendly as well. We love our home!
