  Timberlake townhouses has been good to me and my family. I've lived here for a little over 6 years the only reason why I'm moving is because I'm moving to Florida the office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Debbie has gone above and beyond in all of my dealings with her and the office. I'm so sad to leave but this is a wonderful place to live.

  I applied for an apartment here almost three years ago, 2021. I was put on a wait list and I am still waiting 🤔. Called in to check on my application and it's no where to be found.Oh well, time to make a formal compliant. It appears they hand select who they do and don't want to live there. Equality and fairness are NOT a part of their regular routine. Perhaps I should contact 19 action news.

  Am in love with this place. Starting with Antineisha and Brandi, they are very professional and very tolerate, helpful and welcoming. The office is very clean. The maintenance team is amazing, those people are professional in helping with any problem or issue. The garage is spacious to fit the car easily and some storage. This place is worth the money you pay.

  I had so many issues with people stealing and the kids are so rude. Their parents can careless about there whereabouts they all cuss and will cuss you out. I moved in and there were condoms clogging my drain it smelled of animal pee i had it cleaned at least 3 times out of own pocket. I cleaned the place from top to bottom when i left and got charged a god awful amount of money. They never met me for my walk through and took them 3 weeks to send it to me. Thank the lord i took pictures and police reports. The office staff are just horrible and rude. Do not move here on top of it all i paid full rent.

  Quiet but staffing is horrible. Untrustworthy and units are not what is displayed on websites. There is drug activity and prostitution. Please don’t be fooled!
