- KBKathy BishopAug 4, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. The apartments are outdated and the fixtures, cabinets and floors are all low quality. My apartment had paint all over the floors , cabinet doors were coming off the hinges, the front closet door never closed right and when I would have maintenance come it’d be the same. The fireplace would only stay on for 10 minutes and then shut off so it was useless. My washing machin overflowed twice in 8 months flooding the apartment. The appliances are old and cheap, when they replaced the washer the first time they replaced it with a used one that broke right away. The trash area is gross and always overflowing from the dumpster. Most of the summer the compactor was broken and trash was piled everywhere. My tub was unusable because it would not hold water again maintenance came and no fix. The garage is located so far from the apartment that it is not even worth having . The “gated” community is a joke, the gates have not worked the entire time I lived here, and the back gate by Heinins is always open anyway. In paying my last months rent I was having trouble with their website resulting in being not even a day past tje grace period and they are going to charge a 160$ late fee , when I asked Vicki if it could please be waived seeings how I’ve never been late she was unwilling to work with me at all . For a place that is suppose to be “luxury “ apartments they definitely are not!! I stayed 8 months and that was too long . The amount they charge for rent and all the extra fees is not worth it!
