- SRSETH ROBINSONMay 2, 20241.0Let me say I do not leave many reviews and when i do they are positive, but My home that Pulte is currently Building has a walk out basement , they call it a High Impact Lot, so I had to spend extra 20k on stone for it and I was excited about it from the start But then things quickly go downhill. Any add on's you want take forever to get the pricing, they call them NSO's, ok so there slow, not worth posting a bad review, but then your spending $750,000.00 and I was ADAMANT about wanting extra windows in the basement, guess what, you get one small window on each side, sorry, when the engineer drew the TOPO, this is what came back and this is all You get? what are you talking about i have built several homes with other builders, (5 other homes to be exact) and your telling me I cannot pay extra for some more windows, you did not even call me and attempt to tell anyone in the company that I had to have more windows so I could view the Pond I am building my home on?? I am pretty calm but what the Fung are you talking about. I am so Unhappy with Vanessa and the Team. I HAVE OTHER ISSUES IN THE KITCHEN w the cabinets But at Least Dustin was trying to fix that Issue. Look if you trying to build a home with them they keep it simple, which I originally liked but you also need to state facts from day 1, hey sorry we will never add any extra windows, you'll have to hire some one after closing is complete?? And its in a HOA that wants a drawing for your landscaping and approval of any changes to anything, even if you want to change the color on your home you need approval, how do I know if they'll approve adding windows, This is unreal news, just happened this week, maybe who ever from pulte who sees my review will contact some one with real authority and let them know?
