- MNMike NallJul 23, 20231.0Buyer Beware!!! If you want a new home that you have to fight a never ending uphill batttle to get the smallest problem solved, then Pulte is for you. If you want a home delivered with texturizer covering the garage door opener and outlets in the garage, Pulte is for you. If you want a home where the gaps on the sides of the garage door are large enough for mice to get through and Pulte has done nothing for nine months, then Pulte is for you. If you want a new home where the grout in the bottom of the shower starts to dissolve in only months, then Pulte is for you. If you want a new home where months can go by with no action by the builder, then Pulte is for you......You responded back to my review, but don't correct the issues with my new home. This tells me, and should tell everyone reading this, READ THE FINE PRINT IN YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY. Once you sign their contract you sign away any rights to get defects in your home corrected..Now two years in and still getting defects corrected. The grout in the master shower has been replaced/repaired two times and continues to dissolve. Maybe because they just send the same company that couldn't do it right the first time? I had a minor drywall repair that needed done in the upstairs bath. The contractor scratched the mirror over the vanity, broke the porcelain in the sink, and ruined the quartz countertop. One step forward, three steps back.
