  I would highly recommend staying away from this builder. They will not only lie to you about when your house will be finished and constantly make up excuses for why it’s delayed but also don’t care if you are homeless waiting for it to be finished. They have you get the house appraised which costs over 500 then when they break your contract they don’t even return that fee or any money that you had to pay out to have your furniture put in storage or hotel fees cause you had no place to live for 3 months because of their delays. This company will say anything to sell a home to you but never back their words. I would give it zero stars if I could.

  Run as fast as you can. Ryan Homes is not afraid to break a contract and not return your money. If you inconvenience them and make them have to actually do their job, they will just force you into a mutual agreement to return partial money. If you are looking for lack of communication, delays on your home being built, and constant excuses why the house is behind schedule you found the right place.

  🚨 BUYER BEWARE — I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS BUILDER. I am a single woman purchasing a home on my own, and this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, frustrated, and completely lacking confidence in the people handling my home. I am writing this review because I wish someone had warned me before I signed my contract. My home has experienced significant construction delays, and communication throughout the process has been extremely frustrating. At my recent pre-drywall meeting, I was given more explanations about the delays rather than a clear plan for getting my home completed. I was told that framing had taken approximately six weeks and was still ongoing. I was also told that the construction project manager, Cam, had been pulled into another community and was responsible for 17 homes, which I understood were also experiencing significant delays. I have not independently verified that information, so I am reporting it as what I was told. There are also numerous other concerns and details surrounding my experience that I am intentionally not including in this Google review because I do not believe a public review is the appropriate place to discuss them. I am choosing to keep those matters private and address them through the appropriate channels. What I am sharing here is only a portion of my overall experience. Unfortunately, the concerns I can share publicly have already been enough to make me seriously question whether I made the right decision purchasing this home.

  Run away from Ryan Homes. After multiple complaints the drywall is still a mess. Poor construction, crooked corners, missed painting, broken studs. The list is ongoing. Don't do it.
