  I’ve been here for over 4 years now and can’t say enough great things about where I live. I reached out to borrow something from the complex that I was in need of for an event I am hosting and they came through for me like they always do. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, and the place is extremely quiet and feels like home. Highly recommend moving here.

  Beautiful apartments. Wonderful pool araccommodating. PONDS. Love their party Club House.... so nice, comfortable and accomodating.

  Terraces on the Green are great! The community and staff are super friendly. I would highly recommend checking out an apartment here. You won't regret it!

  I had an issue with my oven and the maintenance crew was on the ball and had the repair made very quickly. They are so professional yet friendly. So happy to live at the Terraces.

  Well apartments are very nice, staff is friendly but their blog about frugal living isnt true. To rent you apparently need to make more than 3 x the rent so about $5000 or more a month. They charge a $55 per person application fee not refundable. Then a refundable $200 hold fee but fail to tell you it can take up to 30 days to refund. The app they use to do credit check acts up. Very discouraging. Had I know how much they expect income and credit wise I wouldn't have wasted my time and now waiting on a refund.
