Nice community, helpful maintenance staff, clean, cheery, cozy and quiet complex. Is it time for me to renew, i just moved in.. love love love it here!
- ABAllie Brown4 days ago2.0Moved in and the apartments are nice enough. Neighbors are quiet and don’t have issues with them. Office staff you have Alicia that is nice and friendly. Then you have Heather that starts off every phone call with a huge attitude. She loves to monitor residents and seems to want to have problems with her tenets? Every interaction with her has been very negative and it’s to the point where I cannot live comfortably without feeling she’s watching over any tenant’s shoulder to see if anyone is breaking the rules. I understand there is a time and place to watch over the community but she takes things to the extreme. Worse than living in an HOA.

Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always been quick with taking care of matters. I recommend Ellet Park to anyone looking for something equip to needs, quiet, and nice! 10/10!
- SBShaqorya BallJan 10, 20211.0Very quiet place to live. Wouldn’t recommend parking is ridiculous and for it be a nice place people throw trash all over the place being careless. When they could just walk down to the other dumpster. They MAKE UP fees that the manager can’t explain it’s really pointless for her even being there. She’s no help. Corporate people make up stuff and she can’t even defend her residents when she knows it’s not right. And you know it horrible when the try to offer free gift cards to go leave a good review. Do not do it, it’s not worth the headache.
