  Just tossing out ideas, yall should put another camera by the dumpsters, i know someone knocked it off when it was 1st posted. & more handicap parking spots so they won’t be taken by folks who obviously don’t have a handicap sticker and won’t have to call a tow.

  I've lived here for three years and I've received exceptional service from the maintenance staff as well as the employees in the front office. The property manager is transparent and always finds time to return my calls when I have questions. Living here has been very pleasant for my family and I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay.

  I had such a great experience here. Any time I’ve had a question or concern the team has been incredibly helpful, especially Olivia S. She really takes the time to help however she can and you can tell it’s from such a genuine place. Always makes my day! I’ve dealt with a lot of places where you barely get a response or solution so this place is a breath of fresh air!

  The unit that we moved into had many issues upon arrival, it was dirty and had very cheap maintenance repairs in my opinion these apartments are far from updated. There is constantly a parking issue, dog poop is not picked up by tenants. My biggest issue was when we were approaching our lease ending we were never given a renewal offer, we went into the office to ask about a renewal they told us that they don’t give a renewal offer until one month of your lease ending but we needed to write a letter stating that we were leaving so we weren’t charged a fee because they need a 60 day notice of you leaving BUT that we would still get an offer? It made no sense at all and we never ended up getting an offer. They coaxed us into leaving but also deceived us into thinking we would be able to stay. Imagine not having something else lined up. TERRIBlE management.
