    Just recently moved in - the office people are very nice & the units seem well built as I don't hear the people above or next to me. They aren't really good about answering the phone or returning calls, though.

    I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here overall, but dealing with water damage issues in two different units has been frustrating. Most recently, I reported active ceiling leaks, soaked flooring, and visible mold growth and waited days for a response, only to be told repairs may not be scheduled until weeks out because the contractor is “booked.” Disappointing communication and lack of urgency for a serious issue!! This is not a minor cosmetic issue — it is ongoing water intrusion and potential health/safety concern. There has been no urgency shown regarding mold remediation, water mitigation, or protecting the unit from further damage.
