  The renovated apartments are pretty nice but you better hope you don’t have any issues cause they won’t help

  I would not recommend living here. My boyfriend and I only lived here for about 3–4 months, and it was one problem after another. We kept receiving notices for over $4,000 that belonged to previous tenants, even though we moved in during the middle of April. It took over a month to get resolved, and we were told not to make any payments until it was fixed. Communication was terrible, and the only consistent way to get a response was through their AI. We also had multiple maintenance issues that were never addressed. The biggest was our balcony door—it would not fully shut or seal, even when it was closed and locked, which allowed bugs to constantly get into our apartment. We have a one-year-old son, so this was extremely frustrating. We ultimately moved out because of all the ongoing issues. When we returned our keys, the leasing office didn’t even know we were moving out or why we were there. We were actually asked if we had given notice because nobody in the office knew what was going on. That alone says a lot about how this property is managed. To make matters worse, they filed an eviction against us, we requested a continuance through the court because of the ongoing issues, and they’re still attempting to send the balance to collections while the case is ongoing. There also isn’t enough parking for residents, yet we were still charged for illegal parking. Overall, this was by far the worst renting experience we’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Just recently moved in - the office people are very nice & the units seem well built as I don't hear the people above or next to me. They aren't really good about answering the phone or returning calls, though.
