  I’m very happy to be living at Hudson Piers and would especially like to thank Agostina for her guidance throughout the process. I moved from Maryland and knew nothing about NYC. The approval process was definitely tedious and took some time, but ultimately, it gives you a real sense of security once you move in. I had several options to choose from, and Agostina was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the right unit. She really takes the time to understand your family composition, needs, preferences, and safety considerations rather than simply trying to place you in any available apartment. Her guidance made a big difference in finding the right fit for us. I also want to mention the wonderful concierge and maintenance teams across both buildings. Raphael, Perkins, and Omar have consistently been kind, professional, and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. And honestly, the boats, the waterfront, and being able to take walks every day make this place feel really special. There is even free kayaking on Sundays just five minutes away, which is such a fun bonus! 😊 Overall, I’m very happy to be here. Hudson Piers truly has a resort-style atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a peaceful feeling that genuinely makes me feel like I’m on vacation while still being at home.   Agostina helped me tremendously throughout the process of getting my apartment. She was welcoming, patient, honest, and always available—even when the process became difficult. She took the time to show me everything clearly and answer all my questions. I work in this business myself, so I understand how it operates and can recognize true professionalism. You cannot make everyone happy, but in my experience, Agostina was exceptional. I never had a problem with her, and everything she showed and explained to me was honest and transparent. I am extremely happy with the service she provided. This company is fortunate to have a professional like Agostina representing them. Honesty matters, and she treated me with honesty from beginning to end.

  Our family moved from Manhattan the week of Christmas and this has been the most unexpected UPGRADE to our lifestyle. We have discovered a community we NEVER expected with friendships, safe places for our children, amenities that are top tier, thoughtful neighbors who are NEIGHBORLY! We didn’t even know what a big beautiful addition this would be to our home life. We have a gym, a movie room, a beautiful WFH space, teen room for our older kids, and we are often found poolside or around the firepits. We look forward to calling this home for many years to come and hope to bring many more likeminded individuals to the waterfront. It’s so quiet and serene, who knew boardwalk living was what was missing??? We’ve never been happier as a family! Come live here!! P.S. private garaging, doorman, dog park, community events like Pilates! Gorgeous grounds and greenery, floor to ceiling windows over the water, top of the line Miele appliances, in unit washer & dryer and MORE!

  So here’s the thing… I’ve read the negative reviews. This is far from “the worst place you could live”… The walls are not “paper thin”… The “loud generator” is not in fact a generator at all and has been repaired. Are things PERFECT: NO. Are things really nice and constantly improving: YES And the loudest one star reviewer and his family/friends (from his former building) sure don’t have any problem utilizing every amenity at Hudson Piers… As they should, because they’re great amenities. That said, there are absolutely some growing pains. The biggest problem I’ve encountered thus far would be the people who would act without common decency, disobey the rules, and act astonished when management corrects their crap behavior. The majority of people are committed to create a community culture that feels like home. My family and I love living here. We’ve made great friends and we didn’t even know that we’ would want that. Now that we do, we would be sad to leave that kind of community lifestyle. With acces to all that westchester has to offer, the proximity to the metron north to Manhattan, and the Hudson valley at your fingertips - Hudson piers has been such a great home for my family. I will be happy to see those who hate it, and those who would go against the culture pack up their moving truck and go… so those that love it can do so in peace.
