  DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. YOULL REGRET IT FOR AS LONG AS YOUR LEASE LENGHT. Agustina the leading agent is so rude and disgusting. Apartments are unfinished and Sebastian the building manager is rude and unresponsive and Perkins who has the title of resident manager is beyond useless and unhelpful at this point he’s just another doorman because I only see him at the front desk doing absolutely nothing! The front desk and porters might be the only nice people here. How do you promote luxury and peaceful living when There is a loud generator in the courtyard, imagine paying extra for a balcony you can’t even stand on without the loud noise from the generator WHICH RUNS 24/7 non stop, dogs always leaving pee in the elevator And the list continues. I COULD LITERALLY RANT FOR HRS HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS. Worse place to live ever. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED, Goodluck to who ever this might help. But you’ll find better somewhere else! Blessing to everybody

  This is the worst place you could ever possibly live! From the onset of the signing of our lease and experience, Agostina, the leasing manager, was rude, dismissive, disrespectful and even yelled at us multiple times! We wanted nothing more but to not move into the building, yet, they held us to our lease. And from here, it got even worse! The property manager, Sebastien, is just as rude and disgusting as Agostina! It’s like they only hire rude and disrespectful people to employ here. There were issues of broken items in our brand new apartment, unfinished construction items and nasty left over residue that they refused to address and told us it was normal. They refused to fix anything that we have an issue with in the apartment and continue to tell us that nothing is wrong. There shouldn’t be anything wrong as it is a brand new building! Yet, that isn’t the case! The building and apartments are pretty on surface level, yet, both things are broken, incomplete, cheap products were used, and poor construction was as done! The walls are also thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking, televisions, music and everything else. People also smoke cigarettes and marijuana, so you can smell it seeping into your apartment at all points of your day. Everyone has dogs that also bark all day, so with the walks being thin, that’s all you can hear. With the staff and lead staff at that, not addressing anything, their dismissive and rude nature and the way they handle their tenants, and the poor equality of the building structure, plus tenants smoking and not picking up their dog poop, truly, DO NO MOVE HERE!   We were just toured a beautiful three-bedroom at Hudson Piers, and I can honestly say everything was absolutely gorgeous. The apartment, the building, the grounds, the water views… all of it felt top tier. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The front desk attendant greeted us with such warmth and a genuine smile, which immediately set the tone. Our tour agent, Michael, was absolutly wonderful professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable; He is a true gem! You can really feel the care and intention behind the design and the overall experience of the building. It’s not just beautiful, it feels elevated. Truly impressed and excited about the possibility of calling this place home. 💛

  I had a terrible experience with the leasing agent Agostina. During my tour I noticed damages and she assured me it would be fixed by the move in date. She is unprofessional and unresponsive after renting units that are not completed.
