  Like all new projects there are growing pains. When i moved in to the building in Feb, there were some issues that impacted my ability to enjoy my residence. I had reached out to management for months without a reply. This inaction and complete lack of response led to me leaving a less than glowing review. Since the new management came in there has been a consistent and very noticeable effort to make this an incredible place to live. They are working to get it really humming. Yonkers can sometimes be a little slow in permits. I understand. They are working on improving communication, and this is a dance that they are bringing the residents in. Communication was a big weakness and it is becoming a strength. So... if you see another review from me, unfortunately RentCafe (Yardi) is lacking effective mechanisms to rectify. I guess i will be reviewing them next. Overall a great place to live. And as the improvements continue gaining momentum the fifth star will be there (I would really like to give 4.5)

  Bad experience from working with the leasing agent to recieving my unit unfinished and the staff refusing to address anything. Nasty smells near elevator and thin walls. Everything looks nice on the surface but it’s far from it

  Constant issues throughout unit and building. Staff has terrible communication about everything and no one knows what’s going on half the time. The things they do address I need to basically beg for because they say they will follow up and simply disappear. The only nice thing about this place is the view !

  Living here is far from the luxury life they promote. Bad smells in first floor elevator landing that never goes away. Leasing agent agustina is so nasty and rude and a complete liar about many things that were asked directly during tour. The property managers are not helpful at all they take over a week to respond to BASIC requests as well as Many things throughout the property that do not work. and to top it off a loud generator that makes the balcony’s and courtyard far from peaceful the only way you can’t hear it is with all doors and windows closed which defeats the purpose of outdoor areas

  Have been here since January 29th after living in Manhattan for 54 years. We looked at alot of buildings in Westchester, Hudson Piers checked every mark. My wife and I love it here. We have not one complaint only rave reviews. Agostina sealed the deal for us. Kind, intelligent, organized and exceptionally responsive and helped us every step of the way. We love our apartment. Double hung windows, stunning and efficient miele kitchen. We were aware of the quality of Extell building. I dont know what other reviewers are complaining about. Cant hear a sound from other apartments. Building is meticulous and the outside perennial gardens rival any in Manhattan. Yes, there is a generator outside but it provides fabulous air conditioning and with windows closed cant hear a sound. Promenade is meticulous. If you want to see poop and smelly sidewalks from dogs go to Manhattan. There are even doggie bags all along the promenade. Water views of the hudson and seeing boats and canoes go by from our windows is just amazing and so calm. Concierge staff and Perkins the manager are the absolute best. Again, its just wonderful here Jacob Rozbruch MD
