  Terrible living experience, I lived in this building for 4 years and the first year was ok then decline came quick Elevators never work , heat is always out middle of the winter Garage door never works compromising safety of vehicles Always exterminator on site which shows lots of pest problems Cold air stops working middle of the summer Lisa management does nothing ever and they never reply to emails They also over charged everyone on light , they charged double light bills in one month and then was a hassle to have them give credit back I have moved out of this building since March due to the high rent and nothing to show for it and constant battles with ownership and property management for over charging me and they confirmed they did it , and out dated gym and lounge area looks like it had bedbugs If you want to pay a lot of rent and have nothing working and all the amenities outdated then this is the spot for you , it’s like living in a nycha building !! And to add the cherry on top I have a month I have since moved and left my apartment in perfect condition and super did an inspection to confirm all is great I have not yet received my security deposit back !! Stay away from this building The ownership company is Monticello am And management company is Lisa management Stay away from any buildings they are associated with Nico Ortiz is in charge of ownership and never replies emails and does not care of tenants Don Castaldo is the worst property manager in existence!! Stay away

  I live in this building. The current management, Lisa management is the absolute worst landlord I have ever encountered in my life. The superintendent eddie has absolutely no idea what he is doing. We have been without heat for 2 weeks. In that time management has done nothing, nothing whatsoever to fix the heat. I have never experienced anything like this. Despite not fixing the heat the management continues to demand rent. They refuse to communicate, refuse to do anything refuse to even respond to emails. Don Castaldo is literally the worst property agent in human history. Move to this building if you like living without working heat, if you want working heat avoid at all cost

  66 Main Street is the worst place to be . Is a grave mistake for anyone thinking of moving in here. Heat don’t work in winter and AC don’t work in Summer. Management sucks I wish I can give zero star

  New management company Lisa management is terrible They don’t fix anything and building is always dirty Broken elevators constantly Hot water is always down , heat never works Ac in the middle of the summer breaks down for several days Tenants would be complaining all day in the front desk Elevator always getting repaired and forces you to take the stairs Cheap renovations don’t get fooled Look elsewhere terrible building to move to Ownership should do better
