  I am a current resident here. The following is simply a record of my personal experience. In July of this year, I discovered cockroaches in my apartment. Because I have a child at home, I did not want to use a large amount of insecticide spray, so I purchased cockroach bait and other pest-control products myself to deal with the problem. I still have these products placed around my home. In mid-August, I experienced a serious wasp problem inside my apartment. Approximately 30 to 40 wasps flew into my home, and I was personally stung. I reported the issue to management, but it took about one week before someone came to address the problem. Then, on September 10, another incident occurred that made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. Someone used a key to enter my apartment without my permission. Afterward, I personally went to the management office and asked for an explanation as to why someone was allowed to enter my home without my consent. These experiences have raised serious concerns for me regarding the living environment, privacy, and safety. I have formally reported these issues to management and am currently waiting for their explanation and response. I will update this review based on how these matters are handled.

  Lived here for 25 years! Raised 2 children here. The school district is the best in the country. The location was great (less than 1 hour to NYC), and quiet. The community was pretty. Not much ever happens here, so it was a great place to raise kids. Good playground across the street. Good gym across the street. Best beaches on earth. I think I once counted about 20 supermarkets within a 10 minute drive.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Rochelle Grant at the Woodbury office. I walked in without an appointment, and she welcomed me warmly right away. She quickly understood exactly what I was looking for, walked me through my options, and recommended the right apartment for my needs. Rochelle also guided me through all the documentation and made the process smooth. Her communication was timely and effective, and she was consistently proactive and reliable throughout. At one point I accidentally dropped my debit card, and she called to let me know she had it — a small thing that says a lot about her attentiveness. Her style is friendly yet professional, and it made the whole process easy and pleasant. I highly recommend working with Rochelle if you're looking for a new apartment.

  We've been living in Eagle Rock Woodbury property since 2015. We recently moved from an upstairs unit to a downstairs unit and couldn't be happier. Nancy Wilde made the transition for us so easy, She answered all of our questions, returned our phone calls and she always greets us with a smile and a wave. The maintenance department has always been outstanding. As soon as a work order has been put in, one of the handy techs is at our door. With our recent move, Hugh and Jonny have been extremely helpful to both me and my husband when we have requested a service call. They work neat, and always finish the job immediately.we are happy that we chose Eagle Rock our home sweet home.

  Wonderful Experience at Eagle Rock - Woodbury I recently rented an apartment at Eagle Rock, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The grounds are lovely, and the community’s new clubhouse and beautiful pool are wonderful amenities that really add to the overall experience. Our apartment was completely refurbished for us before we moved in. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly and handled to our complete satisfaction. Nancy, the property manager, deserves special recognition. From the very beginning, she made us feel welcome and made the entire process incredibly easy. She was always available, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. Whether it was answering questions, coordinating details, or following up to make sure things were taken care of, Nancy was there every step of the way. Her professionalism, friendliness, and personal attention made a big difference in our move and gave us tremendous confidence that we had made the right choice. I also want to recognize Hugh, the Head of Maintenance, and his entire team. They worked tirelessly to make sure our apartment was fully ready before we moved in. They took care of every pre-move-in issue and made sure the apartment was sparkling and ready for us on day one. It’s clear that the team at Eagle Rock takes pride in the property and, more importantly, in making sure their residents are well taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Eagle Rock to anyone looking for a beautiful community, a great apartment, and a team that truly cares about its residents.
