  I have been living in WNY for over 5 years and moved to Fireside over a year ago. Compared to where I was living prior, Fireside has been a wonderful place to call home! The staff here really work hard to make this property as clean and well maintained as it is. Pat and the maintenance team have been wonderful when addressing any maintenance issues. Josh, Debbie and Angelina are very resourceful, courteous, and happy to answer any questions I have. The location being right off Transit and the proximity to the 90 is super convenient as someone who commutes downtown for work. The gas stove is a big win for me, as they are a bit hard to come by when renting. The snow removal is far better here than at my previous property, which is highly appreciated during the winter months. My living experience at Fireside has been very pleasant and I recommend living here!

  Lived here for one year. This place is definitely nicer than the other options available in terms of luxury but still hard to justify the price. Treadmill in the "gym" was broken for 6 months of living here. Coffee machine was often out of order. Pool that was "heated" was never actually heated. Fireside dog park constantly filled with poop and never handled when speaking with management. Found out our two neighbors who live in identical apartments were paying $500/month less although one signed a few months before we did. No community events. There were some good pros, the maintenance team is one of the best I've ever had experience with. They are quick, friendly, and always resolved my issues. Snow removal was excellent. There is a new manager (the previous was impossible to speak to). Pool was never too crowded. Apartment was a good size (2 bdrm). Deposit was returned quickly. Probably would've resigned here if we didn't leave the area but there are obvious issues that need to be addressed for the price.

  It is difficult to justify the “Luxury’” branding here when the basic amenities are consistently broken. The clubhouse coffee machine and TV have been out of order for some time to mention a few things, yet there is never a delay when it comes to rent increases. As a resident, you expect the facilities you pay for to be maintained and offered as incentive. Also, unfortunately the tone from the current front office only adds to the frustration. Interactions are often dismissive, leaving me feeling more like a nuisance than a valued resident. I expect a much higher standard of basic professionalism because it’s quite frankly offensive, for the premium rent you pay here. I would love for these small things to be restored and a more collaborative approach from the office staff.
