  In response to one of our maintenance requests sent last week (we moved into Coventry a few weeks ago) Chris fixed one of the bathroom showers today. He was efficient and fixed the issue successfully and quickly. He was also professional and polite and worked well even with our dogs bothering him. We are impressed with the maintenance department at Coventry, especially Chris’s work today!

  Chris at Coventry was very helpful! He was able to fix two things that we needed looked at! The entire maintenance staff is always very nice and able to address any issues we’re having!

  I’ve been here for 4 years now, and Pat has been a godsend. Any issue I’ve come across, he has handled with extreme professionalism and speed. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better maintenance manager

  It’s been 2 years in Coventry green apartment. We had the wonderful experience with this place. The best part is the maintenance they are always on their toes. We had fixed so many appliances and many other things, they show up really fast and they all are so friendly and nice guys. I want to mention Tyler and everybody’s name here. A big thanks for making our stay wonderful!

  It is difficult to justify the “Luxury’” branding here when the basic amenities are consistently broken. The clubhouse coffee machine and TV have been out of order for some time to mention a few things, yet there is never a delay when it comes to rent increases. As a resident, you expect the facilities you pay for to be maintained and offered as incentive. Also, unfortunately the tone from the current front office only adds to the frustration. Interactions are often dismissive, leaving me feeling more like a nuisance than a valued resident. I expect a much higher standard of basic professionalism because it’s quite frankly offensive, for the premium rent you pay here. I would love for these small things to be restored and a more collaborative approach from the office staff.
