We’ve had such a positive experience with PMI Hudson Property Management. Robert has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to getting settled in, he made everything feel smooth and straightforward. What has stood out the most is how attentive he continues to be even after move-in, whenever something comes up, he’s quick to respond and make sure it’s taken care of. We really appreciate Robert and the entire PMI team for making our experience such a great one. Highly recommend!

I clean dryer vents and Robert made an appointment for his client to have it cleaned. He made the appointment was there when I arrived, made sure the work was completed and paid me a at the location. It is rare to find a manager that cares like Robert does. It is how the small details are addressed that measures the ability of a management company. PMI is a class act.
