  We worked with Robert and Ricardo to rent out and eventually sell our condo in White Plains, and the entire experience was outstanding. Ricardo quickly found great tenants on short notice and made the rental process smooth and stress free, even while we were living in California. When it came time to sell, he handled everything seamlessly. We received three offers the day after the open house and sold the condo above asking price, thanks to his guidance and excellent work. Would highly recommend for both property management and real estate services in the area!
