For anyone considering the Juliette, it is a beautiful place to live! We moved in early summer and while there is still some minor construction taking place we have nothing but positive things to say! It is clearly evident that the details matter here. The management has been outstanding, Chanel leads a fantastic team, Dallis, Braxton and Julie, are all super friendly, genuine and make living at Juliette wonderful.

I've lived in my current apartment since January 2023 and actually live just down the street from The Juliette. Before scheduling a tour, I was hesitant because I had read several negative reviews and almost didn't visit at all. However, something about The Juliette kept drawing me back, so I decided to schedule a tour online. I received both an email and text message. The email was interactive, allowing me to answer questions and receive responses within minutes. After I provided my preferred move-in date and apartment preferences, I received detailed information about pricing and move-in specials. I also received consistent follow-up emails and text messages. The communication was exactly the opposite of what I had feared after reading some reviews. Everything was transparent, responsive, and professional. There were no cancellations or communication issues. I later received a call from Dallis, a Leasing Specialist, who was informative, upfront, and transparent. During my visit, I found the building to be beautiful, open, and inviting. There was fruit-infused water waiting at the front desk, and I was offered coffee from the complimentary coffee bar. Then came the biggest surprise of all. The manager is Chanel, who was previously the Assistant Manager at my current apartment community. Quite honestly, she was the primary reason I stayed there as long as I did. After she left for a better opportunity, it took me less than a week to decide it was time for me to move as well. So when I started the tour and discovered Chanel was managing The Juliette, I knew that if I loved the apartment itself, I would also have confidence in the management team. Having worked with Chanel in the past, I know her to be responsive, respectful, professional, and fully engaged with residents. When I had read reviews mentioning her, I honestly thought, "That can't be the Chanel I know." To my delight, it was. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. I fell in love with the unit, the garage, and the community spaces. I especially appreciated that the trash and recycling rooms are separate. The enclosed parking garage is spacious and much easier to navigate than my current parking situation. The apartment is bright, thoughtfully designed, and feels very comfortable. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom. It's comparable in size to my current bathroom and includes a walk-in shower instead of a tub, which I personally prefer. (For those who want a tub, there are one-bedroom options that include one.) The laundry closet is spacious, even with the water heater located there. The under-cabinet kitchen lighting and ceiling fans throughout the living spaces are nice touches that make the space feel more upscale. The balcony, however, is the crown jewel. Although I am not yet a resident, I can confidently say that having Chanel as the Community Manager is a major advantage for The Juliette. She was the reason I remained at my current property despite experiencing multiple disappointing management team members, and she was ultimately the reason I decided to move after she left. I had no idea she would end up at The Juliette, and I couldn't be happier that she is leading the community. I will update this review once I officially move in and can provide feedback from a resident's perspective. So far, my experience has been excellent, and I am very glad I did not encounter the issues described in some of the other reviews. One final plus: the concierge team is employed directly by the building rather than through a third-party company. That creates consistency and accountability. I also happen to know Julie, the Head Concierge, and residents will not be disappointed by the level of service she provides. Based on my touring experience, The Juliette has impressed me with its communication, transparency, beautiful design, and, most importantly, a management team that genuinely cares about residents. Looking forward to calling The Juliette home.

I recently moved into the Juliette, and I’ve had such a great experience so far. The location is super convenient, surrounded by everything downtown has to offer. The building is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities have really come in clutch, especially the gym and a very beautiful resident lounge. The move in process was smooth, thanks to the management team, Chanel and Dallis. They have been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in creating a sense of community. It’s been a great place to call home. I couldn’t recommend it more!!

Terrible service, terrible employees, horrible experience. Made an appointment to see units a week in advance, they called the day before and cancelled, rescheduled for following week. Next week they cancelled again. No explanations, no reasons. Then I spent a week calling them to find out as to scheduling and they didn’t even know we had made prior appointments. Clearly this place is not ready to open and it’s a hot mess. Walking by on the street you will see the inside isn’t even finished building yet, it’s just exposed concrete slabs. Not a finished building, should’ve stayed closed until they finish.

We have been residents since mid-June having moved from another “luxury” property in the area and could not be more pleased with our experience at The Juliette. The building was built with intention and attention to detail. Everyone we have had the pleasure of meeting - from management to concierge to maintenance and security - has been extremely responsive and very professional. We are incredibly happy to be here!
