  Don't waste your time! I have been waiting over a week for a response. I call their phone number and no one answers, only to leave a message but no one ever responds.

  If you're looking to waste your time, this is the best place to look. The people managing this property and the leasing team are completely unprofessional and unresponsive. On the outside, they may put on the impression that they are nice but once you submit your application and pay the fee, be prepared to be sitting duck for a week if not longer. They lay out the expectation that you will get a response within 48 hours, but that is far from reality. With a brand new building from Southern Land Company (a reputable developer) you would expect a more responsive and professional leasing team, but they have been nothing short of unprofessional and mismanagement.

  I’m currently a resident at a nearby property in White Plains and was seriously considering moving to this building. I went through the application process and was genuinely interested — but the experience left a lot to be desired. The communication was consistently poor. Over five days, I called, emailed, and texted multiple times with no response. I visited the building in person twice and was told staff were unavailable. For a building with a significant number of vacant units, the leasing team’s level of urgency didn’t match the asking price. To be clear about my qualifications: I have an 800 credit score and income well above the requirements. This wasn’t a situation where I was a borderline applicant. The building itself is attractive, but the leasing experience signaled how management might operate long-term. At this price point, you’d expect attentive, professional service — especially compared to other properties in the area that offer more amenities and are far more responsive. If you’re considering this building, just know that reaching someone may be a challenge from the start. There are other options nearby that offer better value, more amenities, and staff who actually follow up.

  This is the worst apartment building I have ever seen in White Plains. There is no one to answer the phones. Nobody sends emails. I've had several people interested and there is nobody to help you if this is how they're going to do business they're not going to get anybody and for the exorbitant prices that they are charging, they should be rolling out the red carpet. Stay clear of this property.
