  Nancy was absolutely wonderful to work with at 15 Bank Street Apartments! She made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help made everything so much easier. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes above and beyond for others, and Nancy definitely does. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

  I lived here for 2 years and I think it is the best place if you are looking for rentals! Staffs are great, great maintenance and the train ride right at the back door!

  I had such a wonderful experience throughout my apartment search and move-in process with 15 Bank Apartments. From the beginning, Maya Gillespaies was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the process, answer my questions, and keep me updated along the way. Moving can be extremely stressful, especially when you’re trying to coordinate everything and make sure things fall into place, but Maya made me feel supported and reassured throughout the journey. I’m truly grateful for her kindness, communication, and willingness to help. I’m excited about this new chapter and my new home, and I’m thankful that Maya was part of the journey. Thank you, Maya, and thank you to the 15 Bank Apartments team for welcoming me home! 🏡❤️

  We have only lived at 15 Bank for a few months and have already dealt with more issues than we ever expected at this price point. We cannot wait to leave this building. Management responds to negative Google reviews by telling residents to email them so they can “address their concerns,” yet we have emailed multiple times about serious ongoing issues and simply do not get responses. It gives the appearance of concern publicly, while privately our concerns remain unanswered. The elevator situation is ridiculous. We have been hearing since before the summer that the leftmost elevator would be repaired, and it is still not fixed. About two weeks ago, two of the three elevators were out at the same time, leaving a building with over 20 floors relying on ONE elevator. Even worse is the constant loud banging and vibrating noise coming from inside our apartment walls, which we have dealt with since moving in. It happens throughout the day and night and has repeatedly woken us from our sleep. We submitted maintenance requests, management acknowledged the issue, and then the request was marked “completed” despite the noise continuing. I am attaching a video so prospective residents can hear it for themselves. Add in recurring hot water and plumbing issues, difficulty retrieving packages because the front desk is frequently unattended, unanswered concierge calls, and repeated maintenance requests, and the quality simply does not match the price. We have repeatedly tried to address these problems directly and amicably with management, including asking to discuss ending our lease early. Instead, our emails continue to go unanswered. For approximately $3,400 a month between rent, fees, and two parking spaces, this experience has been completely unacceptable. Prospective residents should seriously consider any other building in the area. Update 09/30/2026: As they’ve stated below in their reply about their goal in communication. Still haven’t gotten a response based on the constant issue from the video I attached. Still haven’t been replied to by anyone. They urge people to review 5 stars once they move in so it can boost the Google rating. Many residents here are frustrated with the current management and lack of care towards residents. On a frequent basis there’s complaints of lack of hot water within the building’s residents group chat. And the package room they state that’s been worked on we’ve been hearing about for months now. No progress. Anyone’s able to walk by and see how no progress has been made in the room where they’re making the package room. Furthermore, they’ve had work stopped on the building for lack of city permits. So who knows when it’ll be complete.
