    If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This apartment is a disaster. Waterton is the worst property management company. The elevators are constantly out of service, which is especially frustrating when you are trying to reach the garage. There is no communication from the office about anything. They don’t answer emails and they don’t pick up the phone. Noisy renovations have been going on for close to 2 years. These renovations have improved nothing. Some things are worse. You now have to walk outside to reach the gym-that’s fun in the rain, snow, and cold. And the garage renovations are a complete nightmare. I am paying $200 for parking and because a quarter of the garage is closed, it is impossible to find a spot. Residents are constantly smoking and not cleaning up after their pets. I could go on and on. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am counting down the days until my lease ends. Do not waste your time touring this property.

    Overall, we have enjoyed living here and most of the staff. However, there is a clear lack of leadership and some staff that are regularly rude. They have started construction in the parking garage and did not properly plan for it, causing a shortage in parking. We were given the option to have a temporary reserved spot for free, however people have been assigned spots that are already being paid for by others (FYI, reserved spots are an additional $100/mo). This has resulted in people getting wrongfully booted. Our assigned temporary spot is regularly occupied by the same vehicle. When I reached out to request an alternative empty spot, we were initially ignored and then met with disdain. We were eventually told to notify the concierge, though these instructions were never previously provided. It is reasonable to assume that the leasing office, which manages spot assignments, should be the primary point of contact for such issues. Attached is the email thread with Myaa and texts from the wrongfully booted resident. UPDATE: The vehicle in our assigned spot was booted and sat there over the weekend. When I was leaving for work yesterday morning, I noticed it was gone and was thankful we could use our spot. When I came home, the same truck was there again. We went to the concierge and they told us Myaa did double assign it. No apology or solution has come from Myaa or the leasing office. And she is so combative that there is no point in trying to find a solution together. Horrible customer service and she should not be working in a customer facing role.

    Excellent leasing team will answer all your questions. I would like to thank Myaa for a smooth experience. Amenities are great with helpful 24x7 concierge service. Connectivity to the city is to notch. Highly recommend

    This building has gone downhill and management is an absolute mess, would recommend avoiding this community at all costs even if it seems nice in the tour. There has been constant construction for over a year here, first it was the common areas and lobby, then the hallways, now the garage. Timelines are grossly underestimated on construction projects and subjects residents to constant noise, debris, and disruptions that impact daily quality of life. 1. Parking is VERY tight and overpriced for the area, and unreserved which makes no sense for $200 a month. Tenants sometimes take up multiple spots with one car and drive recklessly in the garage. There are also birds all over the garage that will poop on your car. Lastly, the external company that manages parking for the building is absolutely impossible to get in touch with and the website to pay is extremely glitchy. 2. Resident paid parking has been unavailable at most times due to the ongoing garage construction (which has technically been going on since December 2025 and won’t end until July the earliest, which likely won’t be the case). Management was fully unprepared to handle this project and there is still no reliable solution for tenants without parking that are paying for this service monthly- people are parking alternatively on the streets and fire zones. It has been an absolute nightmare. 3. Constant fire alarms/evacuations: there have been at least 20 + instances in my time here where the entire building has to evacuate for a false alarm, or someone smoking in the trash room which sets off the alarm. This has happened in the early hours of the morning and late at night. No matter the time or season you have to wait outside for 20 minutes until the fire department comes. 4. The hallways always smell like marijuana and cigarettes, tenants do not abide by policy despite warnings 5. Finishes on the units itself are cheap, not much storage room and there is no sufficient ventilation in the bathrooms, leading to mold There are much better communities in the area that care about the tenant experience more than 15 bank.
