  Excellent leasing team will answer all your questions. I would like to thank Myaa for a smooth experience. Amenities are great with helpful 24x7 concierge service. Connectivity to the city is to notch. Highly recommend

  Neverending construction noise makes this place pretty unlivable (loud jackhammers, demolition etc). It's been more than a year and end date keeps shifting. Avoid this building for at least next 2 years

  Nick Willy and the rest of the concierge staff are Tops to deal with deserve raises Waterton has no clue how to properly run a building. Paying for parking is a joke. With the amount they demand. Units are nice but a lot of complains about inaccurate chargers for utilities. Amenities fee for a broken fire place. Only things that makes it worth is the proximity to train station

  Nick was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. He was responsive, kind, and made everything much smoother, which I truly appreciated. That said, my experience with management has not been as positive. I feel there could be more professionalism and better communication with residents. At times, it has been difficult to get clear answers or timely responses. One disappointing issue is that the fireplace in the lounge does not work, which takes away from the amenities that are advertised. For a building at this price point, I expected all shared spaces and features to be properly maintained and fully functional. Parking has also been frustrating. The cost is high, and the process and overall experience could be much more organized and convenient for residents. Additionally, I feel that the cost of living here is higher than what is actually being offered. Overall, while there are some positives, there are also several areas that need improvement to match the expectations set.

  My wife and I moved into 15 Bank Street in late August 2025. Throughout that period, we were in frequent communication with the rental office, and the service we received was truly excellent. One of the main reasons I’m writing this note is to express our appreciation for how smoothly the entire process went. Nancy Ho helped us quickly identify the apartment that best suited our needs and ensured that we had enough time in advance to plan everything properly. Nancy, in particular, was exceptionally helpful. She arranged multiple visits for us to tour the apartments and patiently guided us through the options. She was always friendly, professional, and responsive, taking the time to understand our needs and provide thoughtful, targeted advice. From helping us decide which apartment type to choose, to explaining the benefits from a tenant’s perspective—including incentives that made our living arrangement more economical—Nancy made the entire process much easier. She also assisted us in securing a good parking spot, which we greatly appreciate. Overall, we are very grateful to Nancy Ho for making our move-in experience smooth and stress-free.
