  Wouldn’t rent here when across the street is new and more secure. If you check west 130 lobby at night homeless folks sleep there in the lobby. I have to stand over someone to type the code to enter. Why am I paying high rent?

  Ray is so professional, our hot water heater was leaking in the middle of the night , Ray made sure a plumber came within 15 mins and our water was shut off as to avoid any apt damage , next morning it was his priority to have a new hot water heater installed by late morning! Ray follows up on every resident after a jobs completed. Safety for our building is his priority. Thank Ray

  I’ve lived in this building for abt 6 yrs and never had any problem or complaints. Since the new building manager Monica took over it has been a nightmare. I would leave 0 stars but the maintenance ppl are actually really good. The elevators never work. The garage door never works random homeless ppl are always in the lobby sleeping. Monica fines tenants for every little thing even for using building amenities that we pay for throughout the year past a certain time. Sort of feels like she has it out for specific type of people if you know what I mean. Yeah if you want constant headaches, a rude building manager, broke down building, roaches in your apartments than move here.

  I would like to thank Lila Mayan for all of her help throughout the leasing process. She was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Lila was always helpful, answered our questions, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of her support and hard work! Also, I would like to thank Ray Plasencia for all of his assistance in our new apartment. He was professional, prompt, and very helpful. His quick response and attention to detail made settling into our new home much easier. Ray is very friendly and has a very positive attitude, and made us feel immediately that we made the right decision in selecting 130 West. The property is lucky to have someone like him on their maintenance team! I would also like to recognize Christopher for all of the repairs he completed in our apartment. He worked hard to make sure everything was completed properly. We’re looking forward to a wonderful summer and beyond at 130 West with this wonderful team!
