  Beautiful facilities (definitely the best apartment/townhome gym I have seen), modern appliances, and friendly neighbors. It felt just like home right away. Janell & Mary are always quick to respond, happy to help, & seem to know every resident by name. Working with them was a breeze & they add so much to the community. I would highly recommend! Make sure to check out the pond in the back - my dog and I loved walking around it.

  Great place I ever rented from! Staff was nice, very accommodating, worked with my needs. Places was very clean, modern and had fantastic amenities. Maintenance crew were always there quickly when you needed anything addressed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  This place was awesome I’ve enjoyed living here very much. I travel for work, so unfortunately onto the next. It’s pet friendly and the neighbors were always nice.

  From the first email we sent the staff has been noting but gracious and attentive. Janell sent us pictures when we were leasing from out of state just to show us “around”. When we moved in we immediately knew we were home! MaryLynn always answered questions we may have had and was always available. The maintenance crew are very efficient and prompt. There are activities for all ages in the clubhouse at different times of the year. The staff is incredible and overall this is definitely a place anyone can call home!
