  I unfortunately did not get the chance to tour an apartment because when I arrived here I saw that the office closes at 4:30pm. Which is earlier than most leasing offices close. But honestly It was no big deal. The reason I did not return to tour this apartment complex because the outside of this apartment complex looks abandoned. Since they just started leasing this place a year ago, the apartment building looks to be half vacant. My husband and I were confused and didn't think we were even at the right place?? It is in a very weird location and there are barely any signs that point to this apartment. They really need to spruce this place up and make it look more "welcoming" and more "lively". This is not a place I could see myself living at, I want to pull up to my apartment and feel at home. Not like I just arrived to a 100 year old abandoned building?! I'm sure it is remodeled on the inside but no way I would pay $2k + to live in a place like this.... After doing some research, turns out this building used to be a nursing home facility!! No wonder it looks so eerie!

  From the very beginning, Kelly has been an absolute godsend. She embodies everything a leasing manager should be; warm, friendly, personable, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. When my boyfriend and I found ourselves in a last-minute moving emergency with another property, Kelly truly came to our rescue. She accommodated a last-minute tour, guided us through every step of the leasing and move-in process, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel seamless. She was always quick to answer our questions, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt supported. Thank you, Kelly, for not only helping us find an apartment, but for making Empire Blvd. Estates feel like home from day one. Beyond the exceptional management, the property itself is beautiful. It's clear the ownership team has invested in creating a community people truly enjoy living in. The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, featuring soft-close cabinets, in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, and high-quality finishes throughout. The amenities are another standout. The secure package room gives us peace of mind, and the fitness center is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with up-to-date machines. One feature that really impressed me is the building's app-based access system. Instead of fumbling for keys, I can unlock doors with a quick swipe on my phone. I can also create visitor or delivery passes and even see who's at the entrance before letting them in. While it might sound like just another piece of technology, it's actually become one of my favorite safety features and has made me feel incredibly comfortable living here. The maintenance team has also been fantastic. They completed a few minor move-in touch-ups within a day, and every interaction has been prompt and professional. The property is consistently clean and beautifully maintained, and one unexpected bonus is the wildlife. You'll regularly see bunnies, deer, groundhogs, and other local wildlife around the community! Overall, I couldn't be happier to call Empire Blvd. Estates home. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment with outstanding management, responsive maintenance, excellent amenities, and a community that genuinely feels welcoming, I highly recommend checking it out.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Empire Blvd Estates. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and welcoming, and the management team has always been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They truly care about their residents and are always willing to help when needed. It’s a great place to call home, and I appreciate all the effort that goes into making this such a positive community. I would definitely recommend Empire Blvd Estates to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

  My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at the Empire Blvd location, and we especially want to recognize Kelly Burdick. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right apartment. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and has a modern, luxurious feel. The finishes, layout, and overall quality really stood out to us and made us feel like we were getting something special. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Kelly’s outstanding customer service, combined with the beautiful apartments, made this an easy decision for us. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

  I have so many great things to say about this apartment community! The apartment itself is beautiful, especially the kitchen with its modern appliances. I also love the bathroom—the shower is very spacious and has been one of my favorite features. This is my first apartment with my fiancé, and it has been the perfect place to start this new chapter together. From the beginning, Kelly made the entire leasing and move-in process easy and stress-free. She was always friendly, responsive, and willing to answer any questions we had. Overall, we've had a wonderful experience so far and are very happy with our decision to live here. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
