- EHEvangelist Gloria HendricksAug 31, 20265.0I have lived here at the Highland club apartments, for the past 8 years and the maintenance guys. here are great. They are efficient and friendly. Very good guys,namely Chevon, Carlton and the others,, whose name I forgot now! But great workers.the manager, Ivionna, she's so good will miss her if I relocate. The whole complex is kept to ery nice and clean. Unless the tenants are not cooperating, then it not , maintenance or management fault.

The electric bills have become extremely high, and the cost does not seem to match the quality of the property or the service being provided. Property is POORLY maintained, trash and garbage throughout the parking areas. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone looking for a professionally managed place to call HOME!
