  We moved in back in February of this year and we were so excited. But shuana called us a week before we were supposed to move in and gave us a different unit. They wouldn't let us do a walk through of that unit. She said they all look the same.... so the day we moved i noticed a strong smell when we walked in. There was crap(marks,food,dirt) all over the walls, every room. The oven looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years(it smelt like cat litter). The window in the living room didn't close all the way. The carpets were black when they were supposed to be brown. All the ceiling had big cracks (like the ceilings were caving in). We told them about the stuff that needs to be fixed and they didn't care. The apartment sounded like it was going to fall apart the ceiling would make loud cracking noises that sound like thunder. Then the last straw, and why we ultimately left . There is water damage and black mold in the upstairs bathroom and they covered it up with linoleum flooring. And we told Leslie about it. And she said it wasn't mold. But never came and looked at it, when we were there. And she said - oh is it near the bathroom vanity? So she definitely knew about the water damage before we moved in.. they wouldn't let us transfer to another apartment without a doctor's note. So we ended our lease early. We couldn't stay in the apartment long because as soon as we walk in the door, we would get headaches, eye pain, coughing, throat pain. And hard time breathing. We did a mold test on the bathroom upstairs before we left and it was positive for mold. I heard good things about this place. But I guess it depends on the person and the unit you get. But if you do move here dont stay in 22422 eacho drive. It was the worst couple months of our lives. The only positive is that we got our security deposit back. We were paying 1450.00 a month for a dump.

  They can't seem to call anyone back day 3 of multiple calls and messages a day still no return call

  Mother of my child doesn’t have working lights in master bedroom bathroom and hallway and hasnt had for a week in half maintenance never come to fix anything unprofessional all way around

  Management has always been poor. Previous managers were way too lenient with tenants. Every few months a new manager gets hired. Recently, it has been great though. Very nice and everything is fairly new. Some neighbors are loud and annoying and weren't dealt with for the longest time, until now. Glad things are finally changing. Would I recommend staying here? Sure.
