  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. 0 STARS I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Long story short, this “luxury apartment complex” is an absolute joke. Lori is the most unprofessional, incompetent person I have ever encountered. When first moving in, she happened to lose my deposit, even though it was a cashiers check that held a tracking number saying it was received by her office. She claimed to never receive it and warned me if I didn’t send it by the end of the day that I would not be moving in. After a chaotic back and forth, she finally “found it” in her office and didn’t even apologize for that panic she caused me and lack of organization on her end. She sent constant emails about my renters insurance claiming I don’t have it after I sent it to her multiple times and asked if she received it. Extremely interesting to note that when it’s an “issue” on my end where she can charge me late fees and threaten me with up charges but when it’s an issue on her end she doesn’t even answer phone calls or emails. Update: I’ve been moved out for a year now, just so glad to be out of there and hope that people see this and are warned to NOT move in. Please do yourself a favor. As beautiful as these apartments are, it’s a scam for your money and the people there are working against you!!! They continue to delete my reviews so hopefully this one stays put 🙄 how convenient when it’s something negative. Horrible place.

  Clean beautiful area. My daughter sold her house for the equity and is renting for a year or so until she buys her forever home.

  Incredible experience, met a manager at a different site who went on and beyond and referred us to a better location which now is our new home. At the site we were received very well and a employee that was almost off the clock stood longer to show us around. Great teamwork! During the process a 2nd manager kept in touch with us and handled all our concerns. We are now living comfortably and appreciate all the help the personnel at Vista gave us and continue to give.

  Shout out to Jay and Brandon on the Maintenance team. We had a list after move in and they got it all done in a timely manner. They work hard to make sure you're all good.

  Lived here for 9 months. The only good thing I have to say about this apartment complex was that the apartment came with a roof. Work orders were left open for months, 4 of the 9 months we dealt with extreme flooding from our washing machine, and continuously had our water pipes come undone under the sink due to it not being fixed properly. Worst of all we were told we were doing them a favor by moving out 10 days prior to lease maturity so they could get a new tenant in. One of the employees in the Leasing office told us our rent would be prorated for the month. At the end of it they kept the $1k prorate and denied ever saying they made that deal. Understood it wasn’t on paper but honesty doesn’t reside in the complex.
